20/1/2006 15:17 | Also good to see Barclays coming on board as a major shareholder with 3.4%. Not sure Fidelity are finished yet as they still have 1.68%, but it looks like their shares are all being comfortably absorbed - not that many to go now. | rivaldo
20/1/2006 14:31 | ooh fidelity have been selling... is that what has been depressing the share price recently!? good that it's over now. | factsonly
20/1/2006 14:14 | I think the MMs smell it too, hence it's actually above 70p now... 2nd breakout attempt. Can expect all the real technical investors (chartists) to jump on if it continues climbing on Monday. | factsonly
20/1/2006 14:11 | another big trade just gone through. That is 34.6 million shares trading this month so far (thats 17% of the entire share capital and it is only the 20th January). Think it will be an interesting few months ahead | wallywoo
20/1/2006 13:49 | The offer raised another tic up ???? | leslas
20/1/2006 11:02 | LOL LESLAS - I wish that was mine, next year maybe. I'm now a bit unsure what the trend now is a double bottom or an inverse head and shoulders. Although one thing for sure it is an uptrend. | factsonly
20/1/2006 10:50 | Yep, well called Factsonly. Let's see where we go from here. | rivaldo
20/1/2006 10:46 | Good call Factsonly - now lets see if that allows a rise. | siskinbird
20/1/2006 10:33 | Looks as if thats your answer Factsonly | leslas
20/1/2006 09:18 | interesting movement despite low volume... maybe a delayed trade yet to appear. | factsonly
19/1/2006 12:15 | 2 hefty sales at 68p totalling 2.7m gone through, definitely some stock shuffling going on | fundamentalist1
18/1/2006 15:40 | Another 1M Xtrade @69p | factsonly
18/1/2006 14:33 | nice to see a 1M xtrade. Seems like an MM needs stock (and maybe be bullish on it too) EDIT: Make that 3.25M in xtrdaes (I guess the MMs are taking stock off from one MM or someone at 69p, so they think they can sell it for more than that maybe). | factsonly
18/1/2006 13:02 | well, gut feel is still the same (positive) so I've picked up 31k @ 68.79p a few minutes ago (it hasn't appeared on the trades) | factsonly
18/1/2006 12:00 | er... spoke too soon | factsonly
18/1/2006 08:41 | On days like today, nice to be in HWY. | rochdae
18/1/2006 07:33 | Nothing weird I'm affraid. Just a setmm thing. Sometimes happens, saw it last week with HWY too. Don't get too excited. Expect the share price to open unchanged | wallywoo
18/1/2006 07:23 | Why has HWY just appeared on ADVFN Toplist with a gain of 58% (Price 110p). Seems a very strange thing to happen pre market open! Something very weird is going on at the moment! | anth21
17/1/2006 16:32 | wow another 500k at 70.5p, that's what you called support for the next leg up. | factsonly
17/1/2006 15:27 | only 30k left at 71p (like I said, I don't think there is much chance of buying these at sub 70p again), lowest quote I can get is 20k at 70.48p. I'm keeping my eyes open for any silly orders/quotes which will give me further opportunity to pick it up sub 70p (I doubt I will be able to). | factsonly
17/1/2006 14:15 | 4 masssive buys went though between 12:30 and 14:45 each of 505,000 at 70.5 and 70.3 whats that all about? | harvey_b
16/1/2006 23:30 | Think we will see a return to 69.5 on the offer and another 6 million plus buy. Then when the present big buyer is finished, up we go to 75+. | rochdae
16/1/2006 22:59 | MakingHeaps - No one said 80p is a certainty. I'm saying I believe it is where it's heading, you can make your own decision/interpretat I don't really care about any takeovers, I'd rather see the share price get the credit its due on its own feet... a takeover bid simply means that either the management have been doing a bad job and someone believes they can do better, or that it's very undervalued. I think HWY is coming into a phase where the market is starting to realise its value. And it's also got one heck of a tasty yield (and prospective yield). What annoys me is that the MMs are so tight on the amount of stock they are willing to trade (and I wish all MMs had to declare how many shares they have on their books to provide greater transparency) | factsonly
16/1/2006 19:49 | Think they are just locking in some profits ahead after a decent run. Will be interesting to see who the shares they sold ended up with!! Main takeover target still?!?!?!? | anth21
16/1/2006 18:12 | If 80p is so certain what do Fidelity know that we don't? | makingheaps |
