A great shame that HGM will be no more - made some very nice trading profits and divis here over the past few years. Now it will never exceed it's No.4 spot in my list of all-time most profitable shares! Bon chance, Active!

I'm surprised at it popping above 300 briefly yesterday. It won't do any good - now they have 93% they'll do a compulsory on anyone who tries to resist.

My account had not been credited by the weekend, but now has. According to the RNS which came out after trading on Tuesday 20/10/20 cash settlement would be effected "promptly following release of this announcement".

Most brokers will be in position to have calculated and allocated the funds to their nominor accounts by now.

sloppy reporting by the Mail, how can it produce 1m tons of gold a year- anyone know the real figure and when we are likely to receive the proceeds from the HGM takeover?
