So the farmer doesn’t pay for dust until he has grown and sold his crops?. What if the crops fail? Did Agrocerado pass credit checks?

'ignoring Q1/22 sales orders, plus revenue from >40kt sold in Q2/22.'

absolutely

Would've expected more considering the April 22 R$3,000,000 loan would not have been fully spent yet, ignoring Q1/22 sales orders, plus revenue from >40kt sold in Q2/22.

so is it 2.4m cash, minus 1.8m loan/debt facility, minus trade payables = zero ?
Or have I misunderstood the numbers ?

Lots of material there!
No difficult question posed by those investors, not a surprise.
Sergi, not the full story of how things stand.
Mandacaru, not even mentioned.
Capela, not the full story.
Expansion, clearly the MD doesn't understand the production process.
Opening new part of the mine site (0.5ha approx), not a credible answer.
Brazilian taxes, had the opportunity to explain but failed - big style.
Will go over things soon!

2.4mA$ in bank. Does that include the loans/debt facility?
Wow results were ready last Feb, auditors caused delay?

So how did the LSE system show the Admission without the shares being issued? Were thery also sold without being issued ? How would that work?

Good that the shares will be issued at last. Bit of a pity there’s no explanation for the continual sillyness. The reason for the slight delay is obviously not for mug punters to know or understand

I wonder if the 'Brasilian Individuals' realised the shares had not been issued?
Or have they been too busy counting the cash to notice?

Interesting a clarification RNS on the Miriri Project purchase shares has finally been issued. Belated, and would have expected an apology to shareholder, or would that be going too far?
Checked their website but the clarification doesn’t seem to have culminated in an update to the sigSH list?
Just wondering if that RNS was the only real point to come from the Investor Meet event, apart from the MDs fees issue. Had a look at that myself and did find a huge increase in fees when Harvest was listed on AIM and rising ever since. Biggest fees for the MD occurred in 2018 accounts, AU$657,507 including AU$309,660 in share based payments, and part of those share based payments would have been for achieving 30kt sales orders. That 30kt being a 50kt sales order that was never delivered and subsequently Harvest want to forget all about, also a 36kt sales order which the Brasilian courts seem to think was only 18kt? No wonder someone’s not happy!
Thought I have a look at the company constitution document regarding directors remuneration. It’s on the website next to the AIM Admission Doc. Sadly the link doesn’t work, neither does the one for the Admin Doc. Just another AIM rule broken – so gave up in the end?

Beware!!!

Losses - increased!
Cash in Bank - reduced!

Yes, debtors (trade and other receivables) have increased? the risk with that one is that Harvest are reporting far in advance of delivery i.e. invoiced but not passed through the gate.
Invoiced means Harvest as 'first user' pays the CFEM, not the farmer.
No need for Harvest to pay NSR until the dust goes through the gate.
Have a look at the disparity between NSR and Royalty in the accounts - both these taxes are 2%.
Simply put, revenue counted last year, tonnage counted this year?

I have to say that I think the investor meet tomorrow is a potential mega disaster for share holder values if they don't clearly clarify the situation with the shares in issue and the loan facility.....and why it looks such a mess
