B&A existed - from memory, they once owned the Sergie and Capella disasters and wrote them off to zero in their accounts. The projects were returned to kmine, who leased them out again to hmi

Let's do some more on the Mandacaru acquisition.

So do you believe the RNSs - Mandacaru acquisition RNS 21st Dec 2015:

'Harvest has acquired the existing exploration data from the asset’s former owner, B&A Mineração Ltda, in return for a 2% Net Smelter Royalty from future production (capped at an aggregate amount of US$1 million).'
B&A Mineração Ltda was also mentioned 8 times in the technical information in which the 'competent person' accepts responsibility for accuracy.........in this release.

How can they get things so wrong?
B&A Mineração Ltda - doesn't exist now nor has it been liquidated?
B&A Mineração Ltda - there is no trace of this company at the date of the RNS?
B&A Mineração Ltda - there is no trace of this company throughout the period of research/exploration?
B&A Mineração Ltda - there is no trace this company ever existed?

So where did the exploration data come from?
That's next!

Wednesday, Thursday......does it matter, and will anyone believe them?

I hope SHs have carefully read the H1/21 interims, note the term used 'Revenue from contracts with customers'.
Sound familiar?

but you know they use rockdust as cracker-dust under and between paving right ? so how much is rock dust per ton when used for paving stone laying, and how much is rock per ton when used as nutritious plant food? Has any kpfertl been sold for construction or paving-stone laying. Is it more or less per ton when used for construction?

Even though the dust contains more K2O than P2O5 Maximus is a registered as a phosphate mine, saves them a full 1% on CFEM tax.
Those Brasilian individuals might just have missed an opportunity, should have offered OCP that phosphate project , forgot its name now....... Miriri, thats it Miriri!
