Questions.

What are you building at the Arapua site at the moment?

Explain 100 year mine life at 400,000 tonne per annum from a 13m tonne resource?

What do you consider to be the maximum annual KP fertil sales that you would target without exhausting the resource in a few years?

Updates on all other projects.

Have to admit, todays reaction has been disappointing. Post any questions you’d like answering on here and they’ll find their way to the next shareholder engagement.
To pre-empt the usual ones… there’s no need for any capital raise. The company is performing outstandingly and meeting all stated targets. Incredible year so far and transformational sales performance. No significant challenges moving forward in what is an extremely simple business.

They are a class 3 creditor, so almost back of the que.

Class 1 - Labour
Class 2 - Secured
Class 3 - Un-secured
Class 4 - Small businesses


I'd say 'no chance', but could look better on the books.
Banks are class 2.

That US$25,000 would more than cover the BF Mineracao Ltda auction bid and might even cover FFA cost who work on the bid.

Obviously getting the figures correct in Harvest accounts has never been a priority but I do think, for the sake of the private investors, they should at least get the number of shares correct.
Effects loss EPS and could make a difference in the SHs fantasies of this company will ever make a positive dividend payment?

So paying the sellers to check it's all ok ? I don't get that. Wouldn't it be better just to buy a car or something with the 25k ? Or just pay them fifty quid instead ?

I suppose with Q2/22 sales down 48% on Q1/22 figures, it could only get worse once Verde Plant 2 is in operation Q3/22.
No doubt they'll have some big discounting program?

They never mentioned this in the Miriri project acquisition RNS:

'Cash payment of US$25,000 to the Vendors of the project for initial deposit for due diligence'

And the Vendors were.....................!!

Good to see they've also updated the sig SH list particularly the directors holdings.
Would that be because the "Brazilian Individuals" have now sold the recent free shares thus allowing an updated date but showing no change?
