I was quite surprised the accounts failed to mention MAPA approval as a fertiliser.

Subsequent events:
They noted, R$3,000,000 loan in April 2022.
They noted, 117kt 'sales orders' for H1/22.
They noted, ceased using Garrison Capitol as a middle man for IT and Admin services.
They stated 'no other significant events'.

Surely for a company that 'develops fertiliser projects' gaining MAPA approval would be a significant event?

So what is this company really all about?

I guess it’s easier for you to blame someone else for your losses chique ?
Actually tbf they say anger is an easier emotion to deal with than grief, right?
But I think you’re focusing your anger in the wrong direction chique. ATB

Chique…..Interesting how you start your online cyber bullying against other posters the moment the share price plummets from 16p to 10p. I find that interesting.

Actually I expected a drop on accounts because I knew that many were expecting an accounting profit. I was not.

I had been meaning to message the company for some time and this Q&A seemed to be a good time.

I have a healthy average with good profits thank you

I guess you are disappointed with the final results or the current share price chique? Why else would you start lashing out at other posters at this time? What’s your average here?

Morning all

Can investors get their money back when it hits 3p?

I would prefer your posts to stay for the moment so am not going to comment on which ones I feel are open to action by the company

Why haven't they re-issued/RNSd the latest accounts correcting the error of issued shares.
Just ~3.33 million short.
Did the auditor check with 'computershare'?
Did the auditor actually go through the RNSs but missed the 'Brasilian Individuals' prize?
Were the 'Brasilian Individuals' so embarrassed they didn't accept the shares?
Or is there some other reason?

Which is it?

Which posts do you disagree with or object to chique ? TBF, in hindsight, I was right to predict this was going lower from 16p, tho I am not the one who moves the share price, I believe that would be the market makers?

Assuming the Brasil team haven't gone rogue, why don't you just ask Harvest about their 'Happy Mountain' project?

To be fair I've only seen YPYMYTYC post uncomfortable truths. Not untruths.

Is the company aware that there is a comment area on a major investment forum advfn.co.uk where the company and it's position is being continually misrepresented ?

The URL is

Some of the users involved are using the handle kreature and another ypymytyc

It is my understanding that there are legal remedies for this which can result is serious financial penalties for these users on the financial forum.

Brian is a liability & out of touch with shareholder needs & transparency. Company is a powerhouse despite the sabotage though;)

On 8th March, the company reported "Consequently, we are benefitting from improved margins......", it's a question of degree of improvement? Rising volumes, rising margins...

Hey source, why are you copying my posts?

Why don't you ask Harvest your own favourite question:

'Why have you told untruths in the RNSs?'

Assuming 86kt sold, A$4,860,679 revenue:

A$97,214 NSR(2%) looks bang on!

Whereas the Royalty expense (let's get it right Harvest, you mean CFEM at 2%) of A$182,396 looks like a huge amount of sales have been moved in to 2022 sales?
No wonder Q1/22 figures look good and explains why Q2/22 sales are 48% lower than Q1/22?
