Deleted my last post - thought it came across far too positive regarding trusting what this Bod says!
But the point stands.

Take Mandacaru for instance, hasn't been kicked around too much but was recently mentioned as having "exploration licences" by TMS. Well, that's not true, it doesn't have 'exploration licences"!!!

So do you believe the RNSs - take the Mandacaru acquisition RNS 21st Dec 2015:

':HMI (“Harvest̶1; or “the Company”) is pleased
to announce it has been awarded two exploration licences...'

followed by:
'Mandacaru comprises two applications for exploration licenses...'

and then:
'The Company has been advised it has the priority grant
position in relation to these licenses and that the Exploration Licenses will be granted shortly.'

All very confusing, maybe the 'Competent Persons Statement' and JORC section 2 can help:

'The Exploration Licences are currently not granted and the Competent Person relies on a legal opinion provided by HMI that the company has priority on the referred applications.'

So the RNS was issued 21st December 2015.

According to the then DNPM, application for research was made 28th October 2015, two months before the RNS, that's OK, but the research licence wasn't awarded until 24th February 2016, two months after the RNS.

The research licences or "exploration licences" (as TMS calls it) ended 24the Feb 2019, more than two years ago!
