I would guess the last of the placing money has now gone and they're running on local funding.
On that basis AU$800,000 yearly directors fees, plus local taxes, with say AU$30t profit makes it ~35,000tonnes just to cover those fees alone?
Could that continue?

These coming finals will need quite a few pieces of 'meaningful news', jam tomorrow, and claptrap blether RNSs to deflect the question, 'where's the profit?'

All very strange with tons of fertiliser gathering about Brasilian ports and no-one is talking cost?
Surly circumventing the financial restrictions will only ensure a premium will need to be paid. Alternatively farmers could chose to reduce fertiliser application and risk yield reduction or just add a little dust?? same thing I suspect?
Makes you wonder how Verde can justify pegging their dust to the price of potassiun?
Biggest threat to crops in Brasil remains - Drought!

I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Investing in a company that makes regular payments to a group of 'Brazilian individuals' is a 'bargepole' case for many?

As for funding, if they proceed with Miriri remineraliser then FN Fertilizantes SPE Ltda will need a lot cash for the 18 month phase 2 research drilling programme.
The RNS did say '......and then, subject to funding, fast-tracking the Project to production'
Aguia Pampafos product as almost in production so I wouldn't be surprised to see Liuz Clerot return for Miriri. He did a great job for Harvest with Agrocerrado and played a major part in the discovery (discovery?) of potassium at Sergi!
