18/5/2022 19:57 | There's still hope? From the CPRM Miriri contract: '3.3 The preliminary technical audit must be completed within a maximum of 6 (six) months from the date of signature of this Agreement.' and; '3.5 The PROMISOR ASSIGNEE may, upon notification to CPRM during the period for carrying out the preliminary technical audit, choose to terminate this Agreement, without any additional financial burden, being exempt from the payment of the other instalments due from the Signature Bonus.' Last signature on the contract was dated 05/10/2021 - that's 32 weeks ago? and; in two weeks time it will be six months since it was RNSd. The 'PROMISOR ASSIGNEE' noted in 3.5 is FN Fertilizantes SPE Ltda, a company set up by Harvest to deliver the project whilst BF Mineracao Ltda the would be managers. Have they terminated before delivering the JORC? The Brazilian Individuals wouldn't be happy! YP | ypymytyc
18/5/2022 17:33 | Closed period probably about to begin, so any tampering with share price would need to be around nowish imo. Ie Director buys, placings, mega dilution, new partnerships with doomed businesses etc | kreature

18/5/2022 04:20 | RNS March 7th 2018: 'The order is for 36Kt of KPfértil,.....' 'Contract is for an initial supply of 36Kt of KPfértil' RNS May 23rd 2018: 'The Tranche 3 performance condition has now been achieved, being total sales of 30,000 tonnes or more. As such, the Company has issued, in aggregate, 1.5 million new Ordinary Shares.....' If that sales order was for only 18,000 tonnes or even minimum 18,000 tonnes, then that issue of 1.5 million 'Tranche 3' performance shares in my opinion would be tantamount to fraud. 17/5/2022 13:46 | Having 70kt in sales orders is far from impressive. They had 86kt of sales orders a few years ago and even awarded themselves a couple of million performance shares on the back of it. They only managed to actually sell circa 1,800t of that 86kt. The 86kt was made up of: 36kt order to Agrocerrado, well that was the figure they RNSd. That order failed and is still today an ongoing court case. Funny how the court thought the order was for only 18kt, that's 18kt less than quantity noted in the RNS? The remaining 50kt order they just don't mention anymore. Some say it was with Geociclo, not sure myself but wouldn't discount Phosfaz to putting a hand up, a few links there? YP | ypymytyc
17/5/2022 12:44 | Losing 20k per penny , you omit to mention he has gained 20k per penny since 5p. You have a very negative personality and way of looking at things. Probably because you are a hopeless investor | chique

17/5/2022 11:16 | Accumulated sales orders published today at a stonking 70200T for Q1 compared with the last trading update for 28 Feb 30,161T show that orders for March were at an all time high of 40,139T. The Company's results for H1 2022 will shock and surprise the market and the FY 21 figures in July should at least please shareholders. Margins should be rising sharply with the increasing awareness that the profitability of Brazil's huge global agricultural exports can be boosted by the first locally produced fertiliser, just as prices are being driven up by the cost of oil. | scrutable
17/5/2022 08:40 | Your doing pretty well yourself Drew! | ypymytyc
17/5/2022 06:06 | Placing or no placing, shareholders would not be surprised? It's almost 3 years since Harvest changed its reporting/financial year end with the 'Rationale for Change': '..... in order to ensure Shareholders have a meaningful insight into the Company's historical and current trading performance at the point at which its accounts are published.' Well that has well and truly failed! No one has got a clue as to the true financial position of this company, and shareholders have just as much insight in to that as this BoD has credibility? YP | ypymytyc
16/5/2022 20:24 | I suppose the placing could be in June as long as it is with the final results. Sorry, ‘a’ placing, not ‘the’ placing. Only problem is that the finals probably won’t be ready until the last day of June. That way everything is 6 months out of date right? | kreature
