I don't think Burtons post on Friday would have helped with yesterdays 11% drop, particularly the 'This year's...'

'This year’s strong sales should have a significant impact on the company’s gross profit, which for the six-months to 30 June 2021 was $376,111, up from $113,481, and on its reported loss, which was $1,067,707, down from $1,843,743.'

Still, this will be the third consecutive year of sales >40kt, 40kt being the breakeven point?

I was hoping that there was some correlation to sales

The date the finals are released and an 11% drop in share price does not affect how much money the company will make this year so I couldn't care less about those things.

Finals should be amazing? Deadline is next week, so it’s only taken 6 months. Hope they’re not late

Just been translating some paragraphs from the doc YP posted and there is so much of it that is positive from HMI perspective.

Here's the full Plano Nacional de Fertilizantes (PNF) document for those interested in more than just todays SP?

A difficult read but if you look at pages 59 & 60 you'll see how the plan (K2O) is expected to advance including PNF timescales from today to 2025, 2030, 2040 and 2050 and also how remineralisers are regarded a likely source of K2O needs?

2050 - 'With the consolidation of the K2O production chain from silicate rocks, such as remineralizers, among others, and with the increase in the production of fertilizers potassium, Brazil significantly reduces its dependence on imports of potassium fertilizers.'

'silicate rocks', that sounds like Verde to me?

No offence Manny, but fkoff a little bit. We are HMI fans, not Benedicta fans. It fact, everyone reading this can't stand Benedicta.

Just had a quick read of the TMS rubbish posted on here by BurtonD.

Full of misleading statements that I don't think even HMI would have approved of, disgraceful!

Here's just one of the BS statements:
'The company also has exploration licences for a phosphate prospect at Mandacaru....'

NO THEY DON'T!!!!

It's good that there is at least some unregulated link in a closed period right before the final results.

Thanks for the link burtond, an interesting summary read which pulls together a lot of disparate (and generally positive) data, and a useful context for Emmerson holders. If only HMI were more consistently communicative.......

Will last year's sales be recognised write-offs this year ?

Tax credits would be handy.

If we can't catch gerbils in market, can get them via their taxes

I would maximise forward selling into a placing by leaving the final results until the last possible day

This company seems to be pushing its luck wrt accounts. An annual report for the FY21 to end December is surely due any day? Or do we wait until the statutory deadline of June 30? Does anyone have an inkling?

I suppose we can expect a glorious trading update for Q2 around June 29 The cart will by then have just sqeaked in again alongside the horse so to speak? Last year saw FY accounts and T/u for the following six months on the same day June 29.

i hope that this years huge margin will be sufficient to cover the huge management costs. but I doubt that this will be so yet in the next accounts.

scrutable
