Too many corruption & lobbyists in gov , once legally binding contracts approved and H&W start to go production then ok otherwise NO GUARANTEE about this contract. all covid stocks went to 5p to 100p but now 2p after one year later

During covid number of covid testing companies about to go bust because of gov contracts, like Abington, omega etc. gov gave them contracts & paid advance payment but full contract went to China & then gov asked deposit back from British companies

Contract status: few companies has been invited to bid for this contract , H&W one of the companies , there is other companies as well. We know early 2023 who win for this bid , I guess who give the highest bribes to politicians , get the contract as usual lol

There is no way the contract will be taken away from Harland & Wolff, it would be political suicide. As far as the contract is concerned it is the gift that keeps giving, it is 1 contract that delivers leveling up in England Scotland and Northern Ireland. Harland and Wolff is 1 company that can deliver the leveling-up agenda in 3 countries of the union, more contracts to come!

I think the significance of the PM visit is that the politicians see the deal as done…preferred bidder is obviously pretty much done but not fully papered…they would look silly making hay of the positives of this deal if it then did not close as expected in Q1. I suspect the visit provides increased confidence of completion in the near term, as well as underscoring the government’s attitude to shipbuilding in the U.K., which is supportive.
