Brings the CEO's purchases so far to over £50k, tidy sum, and not the usual paltry 5 - 10k punts a lot of directors put into basket case companies to con the shareholders.

Aligns his interests with the mob.

H&W do not need to find anything, they would not have got the preferred bidder status without proving financials at the due diligence stage of the bids. The £100m debt facility and navantias balance sheet were enough I would presume.IMHO

Big games afoot here with large background buyers in action.

They also know this will be many multiples from here very soon.

Hi all - One thing I'm not clear on is the £77million - Harls wording states the team resolute "consortium" will fund the £77 mil into HW sites .. not necessary Navantia .. just looking for holes - is there further clarification anywhere on how much if any HW will need to find? Cheers

Traders taking a bit of profit this morning, let's see if the contract news sparks more interest this week, especially as MP's are looking for the majority of the construction to be performed in the U.K.

“soon be paying dividends”

There’s zero evidence of that. Even the company say they are unlikely to break even until 2024. IMO it will be a lot longer than that, if ever.

Indeed....this has only just started its rerate.

Significant gas storage contract in January, renewable windfarm contract incoming, cruise ships, Navy/MOD.
£77 injection to upscaling/upgrading assets will just bring in even more significant contracts.
Don't forget we already had about £100 million on the order books previous to November.

This will soon be paying dividends and will be on the ftse 250.
We'll all look back in a matter of months and remember when you could buy this for just 25p.

It's no suprise the CEO is buying at these prices!

Terminator, hope you get your entry price here but with imminent gas storage contract and many other contracts in the short term this is only going one way.....follow the director buys ; )

Shows every sign of resuming the upward surge after this consolidation resolves. If they come anywhere close to their £500m revenue target and make modest margins, dividends could be around 0.5 x current market cap’ in 3-4 years time, allowing for a 50% payout policy. CEO is still targeting first returns to investors in 2 years. All in all considering the volume of business won already, and the FSS and other large projects not yet landed I can see this being 10-20 x the current market cap in three years time. I’m unlikely to hold that long, but am increasingly thinking of holding for 100p in the next 12 months, which may still look very cheap once the FSS is finalised in Q1.
