15/9/2022 16:42 | Hesitancy caused me to miss the spike but given the drop I have a cheeky buy order in at 435. Annoying spread. | daisylove

06/9/2022 15:06 | Watching and waiting here. Wondering if the bottom is around here or 400p. Could buy in chunks of course - or is Diploma better.... | daisylove
05/9/2022 19:18 | At 6 x eps forecast I am more than happy to buy more 400 and I have a large lump to invest | castleford tiger
05/9/2022 13:57 | The more important package needed here to reassure is in Germany. Can factories and power generation keep going there is the uncertainty weighing on the price I think. Weakness of GBP v Euro helps the JV number a little and of course they trade coal which everyone now wants. Lots of moving parts here in JV and hard to guess what is actually going on | harrogate
05/9/2022 13:47 | Finger on the button as I expect a bounce when support package comes | castleford tiger

01/9/2022 08:47 | I am waiting and watching to add a big chunk We are now on 6 x this years numbers. With close to 5% yield | castleford tiger
11/8/2022 15:46 | IC comment For the year ahead, analysts at Singer expect the group to deliver annual pre-tax profit of £25.3mn on revenue of £200mn. On this basis, expect earnings per share (EPS) to dip from 100p to 71.7p, but a slightly higher annual dividend of 21p to be declared. This implies the shares are rated on a modest forward price/earnings (PE) ratio of 7.3 and offer an attractive prospective dividend yield of 4 per cent. They are also priced well below book value of 563p even though land assets are conservatively valued in the accounts. | davebowler
28/7/2022 09:27 | Eps looks like over 70 forecast current year and due upgrades as clarity comes. Investec has a 790 target. The shares look far too cheap and I am buying more on the weak days . | castleford tiger
28/7/2022 08:50 | Tipped by ST last night but doesn't have the same impact as it used to. Looking forward to the IMC presentation later today | harrogate
27/7/2022 14:41 | well done HSP or should I say HRMS ! --- Step & repeat. | smithie6
27/7/2022 11:37 | Harrogate sorry I should of used the word Historic in there Re earnings. I think we will upgrade but much depends on the energy supply situation in Germany. The massive jump in NAV and forecast earnings from U.K. based operations means I would buy and weakness in the shares. Well run company with a great future. No debt to speak of. Tiger | castleford tiger
27/7/2022 10:11 | Agree with both if you. To be fair this has always been the issue for HSP, how to value the JV with perceived volatile trading earnings. This mis-reading means we remain undervalued until the JV gets IPO’d or sold. | rimau1
27/7/2022 09:56 | The issue is that the broker notes show this year (FY23) consensus EPS at around 68p and then going lower in FY24. This years massive 100p + is effectively not being valued. So we are not at 5 x but around 8. Still cheap of course and broker targets are 710p and 790p so lots to go for. Think market disappointed that we might struggle to upgrade for FY23 given noises around Germany. I am holding but not hard to see it slipping back a bit | harrogate
27/7/2022 09:51 | Nav is higher than share price and trades on a p/e of 5 Clearly disruption coming in Germany but even so this looks very cheap. Tiger | castleford tiger
27/7/2022 08:51 | That didn't last long ! | solarno lopez
27/7/2022 08:02 | Managed a sneaky top up on the bell at £5.40, happy with that! Cue the sharp afternoon sell-off lol | rimau1
27/7/2022 07:16 | doesn't it just Rimau | solarno lopez |
