St Mary Abchurch Investments (1984) Limited was a new name to me until yesterday's RNS. A Google search revealed that, as the name suggests, they've been around since 1984 and for the last three financial years have had assets valued at c. £3m; for 2012 - £3.2m with net assets of £942k and cash £274k. They weren't listed as a significant shareholder in last year's Annual Report but, with the 5m shares they added last Friday taking them to 4.06%, they were obviously already over the 3% trigger level by then.

The price mark-down since Tuesday's Loan Note Conversion announcement on relatively light selling is a clear indication (to me) that the Mingy Machs are anticipating a lot of the 44.4m shares being issued tomorrow are going to hit the market. I'll be watching closely as I could do with a few more for my HDD pot ..... at the right price!

Perhaps a bit controversial but I've a sneaky feeling that after this bit of good news followed by the loan note that they're going to give us a bit more good news within the next 8 days. All off the top of my head with no info to back it up apart from a strong feel good factor. Let's see.RegardsRRJNice trades well above the ask at the end of the day.

There have been some large sells gone through over the last couple of months (relentless even). Were those from the Jan 2013 loan note conversion? What's more there is still a load to convert.I don't fully understand all this loan note conversion so any info would be appreciated along with Spike_1 question. RegardsRRJ

Should we assume that as a result of the loan note conversion we will have an overhang of 44.4m shares from Friday?

Ah.. beat you I'm sorry to say :-( Mine was right at the top. I was new to it at the time(not really any better now although its been quite a learning curve) the chart looked like it might go up again. It was rising nicely. Thought I was going to be a chartist lol. I was in profit for a short while. Happy days......a long time ago. Hi Roger - your 3.1p sounds lovely to me.I bet I'm the holder of the costliest shares here 15.78p in 2006. Bought a boat load more at 0.45p so I now have a very achievable average of 2.25p.

More 'smoke and mirrors' again today with the bid/offer prices; a dummy online sale through my broker (HLS) just after lunch indicated that you could sell 100k @ 1.85p yet all the trades marked on ADVFN at that time and at that price have been shown as buys.

The Mingy Machs running true to form!

Pure gamble at 0.35p but thought I have a bit of faith and the technology seems sound.They kept saying through it all that that there had been no failures due to the coating or something like that.Just waiting for Airbus now.RegardsRRJ

350000 @ 3.1pHave averaged down quite abit.Picked some up a while ago at 0.35p ish and 0.5p ish and 1.0p ish.Been here since the early days. Spotted an artical in 'The Engineer' mag.
