19/9/2013 14:37 | Just back from my annual hols. Sp has drifted back slightly since I flew out so have take the opportunity this morning to pop a few into my ISA. | ansc
31/8/2013 07:46 | New website for Hardide | rogerramjet
29/8/2013 10:31 | Agreed but the article was published in two fresh places yesterday and I simply wondered whether a few new investors might have read and decided to act on it. It is/was, after all, a pretty significant break-through and could/should do HDD no harm at all. It looks as though it's 'after the Lord Mayor's show' today! | ansc
29/8/2013 10:17 | ansc - Nothing new as far as I can see in that publication. see recent Hardide news for AgustaWestland (July 2013) Best regards RRJ | rogerramjet
28/8/2013 08:35 | Whoopee, you can buy online this morning ..... all of 10k @ 1.399p or £140s worth! The Mingy Machs are still happy to take 250k off you though at 1.372p. Disappointed there hasn't been a trading update so far (as happened last year). | ansc
27/8/2013 16:38 | Even though there has been one 100k sale this afternoon, no change from this morning's situation ..... no go for an online quote to buy just 50k but can still sell 250k @ 1.372p. Are the Mingy Machiavellians that short of stock? | ansc
27/8/2013 11:32 | Unable to get an online 'offer' quote for even 50k this morning but 1.372p 'bid' for 250k. The intrigue continues! | ansc
24/8/2013 02:00 | HDDs "Market Size" is 50,000...., which is the maximum amount of shares the Market Makers guarantee at the Bid and offer price. These trades are reported as they happen. Trades in excess of 50k can be outside the bid offer price and reported days after the event. I spent a lot of time in the past looking at Level 2 data, but with AIM companies with small Market Size the best guide to what's going on is the SP,, which is up :-) | quemaster
23/8/2013 16:10 | A mark (made at 15.44) for 2.075m shares @ 1.3326p ..... was it a sale or a buy? All I know is I can't get a 'buy' quote online from my broker at the moment. All very intriguing! | ansc
23/8/2013 11:49 | I have no idea what is going on here but, once again, you can buy HDD shares cheaper this morning than you can sell - 1.349p/1.335p for 250k. Confusing or what? Simply couldn't resist, have just bought another 250k! | ansc
23/8/2013 09:34 | Edging higher; 212.8k cost someone 1.40p this morning. And 1.33p for a 275k sale is a good price as well. | ansc
21/8/2013 19:31 | Fingers crossed that we might get some positive news soon. I have been here so long!! | nigthepig
21/8/2013 16:49 | Just before the close, a buy of 57k went through at 1.35p. Impossible to make any sense whatsoever of the trades marked throughout the day; at least I know one (for 250k) was a buy! I hope you're right, tomorrow could be revealing one way or another. | ansc
21/8/2013 16:33 | interesting, can't wait for tomorrow | rogerramjet
21/8/2013 16:32 | Crazy, crazy! A few minutes ago, the online prices [250k shares] were 1.287p/1.288p! What is going on? | ansc
21/8/2013 14:31 | Following that largish trade this morning [1.1068m @ 1.25p] there is now the rare phenomenon where one can buy HDD at a cheaper rate than one can sell - 1.26p/1.255p for 250k shares. In 30-odd years of dabbling, I've only ever seen that two or three times. Don't all rush! | ansc
20/8/2013 12:23 | A surprisingly tight spread (for HDD anyway) of 1.23p/1.255p for 250k shares. I fancy a move must be on the offing, will it be up or down? It's worth remembering that two of HDD's directors bought shares on 9th July and were willing to pay 1.325p! | ansc
16/8/2013 22:35 | hey lets hope so. to summarize still jobs in testing trying to diversify aerospace test going well and nothing failed due to hardide coating. r and d with diamonds still going on. oh and turbines major customer might de stock at any time so don't hold your breath. apart from that still holding. | rogerramjet
16/8/2013 11:30 | A couple of largish trades marked this morning. Seeing as there was a trading update issued on the 24th last year, I'm wondering whether there is any connection. | ansc
12/8/2013 13:54 | Confirmed my suspicion [as in 2004], dealing prices (for 100k) are 1.216/1.255p. | ansc
12/8/2013 12:46 | Having watched from the sidelines for a long time, dipped my toe in the HDD water this morning. My purchase has been recorded as a 'sale', however, so I would imagine that all three trades recorded thus far are, in reality, as such in spite of what has been indicated. | ansc
09/7/2013 18:32 | Nice find Nick, thank you. I've been invested here for 4 years, simply on the strength of the technology. Ahead of the curve doesn't even begin to describe it. My view is that Hardide will gain significantly from the changes in legislation and that the likes of BAE et al will be looking to either buy the company or invest heavily in their research and development.I'll keep adding to my holdings on the way. | lateralam |
