Could be a worked sale cashflo, which won't show up until the end of the day.

I've always liked the tech of HDD, and yet it persistently fails to get taken up on an industrial scale by mass market products. Presumably because your car or motorbike engine would never wear out?

Known as Peter, retired accountant, scion of the Silhouette lingerie dynasty, uncle to the boat race winning cox Andy and the Harry Secombe lookalike barrister Nic.

A concentrated private investor.

The management of this company should be in prison. One of the most shocking lifestyle companies ever to float on AIM. A complete and utter crock of shoneT.

They didn't even have the decency to announce it as a 7am RNS.

They are additionally seeking £250k of debt funding, so it will be interesting to see what terms they get that on.

One of the worst examples of a share being run in the interests of the BOD with almost zero regard for shareholders. For almost 20 years now. Abysmal shareholder value destruction during that time.

RNS Feb 8 2024

"Steve had a successful 30-year international career in various managing director, commercial development and performance improvement roles for the leading global surface treatment business, Praxair Surface Technologies, now part of the Linde Group."

Whilst Mr Paul resigned his position as Director in 2006, the Company accounts again presented an interesting market snapshot.

"The Group also announces the appointment of Matthew Hamblin to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Matt will also become a member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee and the Audit Committee. Until recently he was Chief Executive Officer at Keronite, an advanced coatings and surface treatment company, where he led its growth into profitability and its subsequent sale to the Curtiss-Wright Corporation in November 2022."

A glance at the accounts for Keronite Ltd , particularly the section headed "Going Concern", lodged at Companies House, prior to Hamblin's resignation, is informative, as are the accounts in general.
