11/4/2020 11:51 | Wildsheroo testing more is good as we know how many have potentially had it. The number thats more relevant imo is how many are ending up in critical care beds as thats a measure of how well NHS is coping (very well to date) and thus guide the lockdown relaxation pace. | nickrl

07/4/2020 11:01 | 100 Park Lane, lovely building, never went inside but remember it well. At my first job, the company I worked for did a lot of work for Hammerson. I was on its planing team for Brent Cross shaping centre. Do you have any more 'old school' memories? | trcml
06/4/2020 18:57 | TRCML,,, Sydney was LEWS partner ,, but Sydney was behind the rapid growth of Hammerson ,,, and it was a solid company ,,, his office was 100 Park Lane | gripfit
06/4/2020 12:20 | Very interesting Can see Bicester recovering - but as for destination shopping centres - who knows - arguable all CV has done is fast forward existing trends - CV is a CVA for the whole industry HMSO unlike Intu has a good chance of at least making it through the other end - but think balance sheet values will be markedly different | williamcooper104
06/4/2020 08:17 | Tucked some away @ 57p, see how we are next year post CV | ny boy

03/4/2020 18:03 | RE sale of retail parks the headline figure of £400m is subject to rent guarantee and vacant period adjustments. At the time of the 2019 figures in Feb2020 these items were to reduce proceeds by £5m but there may be scope for more. Looks like an ask for a reduction in cost is on the cards rather than a wriggle out of the deal which is clearly stated to be unconditional.Todays share price tells us something more, ie that uncertainty is a feast for bears. | bolador
03/4/2020 17:51 | "Sydney mason must be spinning in his grave" Lew Hammerson before him. | trcml
03/4/2020 17:42 | PropInv, Hammerson have received a deposit against sale, no further info at the moment. | bolador
03/4/2020 17:20 | Sydney mason must be spinning in his grave | gripfit
03/4/2020 16:00 | Anyone got any intel on deal conditionality with Orion? I know says unconditional but could be SPV. | propinv |
