29/4/2020 08:44 | Book, you are taking too much of a short term view. Trend change underway here, I will stay firmly long, everyone else can do as they wish, it’s what makes the market. | ny boy
28/4/2020 15:11 | bolador, I share your views entirely | ny boy
28/4/2020 15:10 | Book, how many aliases have you got now, best go back to using stalker boy lol Just clueless & hopeless, leave the investing for the grown ups please & rumo another nut job lol See you at 147p as we stRt the global unlock and kick start the global economies CRANK IT UP! | ny boy
28/4/2020 14:21 | According to the CEO of one property co quoted on London their main problem right now is sorting those customers who cannot pay their rent from those who are taking the mickey. As to Hammerson they have ample liquidity (3.25B and debt of 2.4B) and will not issue shares at these prices. Why should they with last NAV at 600p.Halve it to a desperate 300p to adjust for the virus and still bags of room to make money. At 62p the market is discounting all but a revolution in Europe. | bolador
28/4/2020 12:09 | Book..not sure how you come to that conclusion , my original purchase was 57, added 57 and in the 60’s lol rumo my original CNA purchase will be fine, added lots more just under 32p, trend change there, going to 69p imo but dyor I have deep pockets to take advantage of market weakness across the board, plenty of opportunities around | ny boy
24/4/2020 17:12 | NY Boy. How do you sue and SPV for breach of contract? What does that achieve. You get the deposit, yes, but that's normal property law if don't complete after notice issued | propinv
24/4/2020 12:36 | I used market weakness to add to my long term holding again @ 57p | ny boy
24/4/2020 10:56 | question is with no rental income for months and with deal of, how much can they hold longer with current liquidity, 20m in escrow isn't much really!!! | aldoeldo
23/4/2020 17:47 | There's no legal dispute - there's 21m in an spv which committed to buy the assets - that now belongs to HMSO and Orion have walked The chipy try on would have happened before the public walking | williamcooper104
23/4/2020 17:31 | Accepting that the retail property market is so dire could this be a try on by Orion ? To fail to complete at the very last minute looks odd. "we cannot complete today but we might be able to complete if you were to give us a little slack on the contract price". Better for all concerned than a legal wrangle surely ? | bolador
23/4/2020 14:21 | I would be very very surprised if they were litigating against anything other than an SPV | williamcooper104
23/4/2020 14:08 | Hybrasil / PropInv doesn't bode well. Even the £21m deposit payment wont cover the drop in the valuation nor are the assets very productive currently as only 36% of NRI retail pks received in Q2 (RNS 30/3). Still they've binned the divi keeping 113m in the business and have plenty of cash / RCF to draw upon so probably not yet in a INTU death spiral. Looking for next RNS that indicates banks will cut them some slack on covenants. | nickrl
23/4/2020 13:36 | Not really, if it doesn’t they get £20M + can sue for breach of contract. I will use the opportunity to add more as I am looking several years ahead, Corona is a temporary disruption. Should have agreed a full 10% deposit not 5%, standards are dropping these days! | ny boy
23/4/2020 13:25 | This only down 4%? It's going to plummet on this news. Pretty bad news | propinv
23/4/2020 13:15 | pretty serious that that sale is not going ahead | hybrasil
22/4/2020 14:49 | Gripfit. I see Daejan Holdings, or rather Freshwater Group is showing how it's done. Circa £110 being bought for £80 plus the benefit of delisting. | trcml
22/4/2020 00:09 | the businesses not paying up are all American owned | orinocor
21/4/2020 22:56 | Okosling absolutely and its restricting landlords ability to be lenient towards those tenants who need to be helped as they are on forced shutdowns aka Pubs, Restaurants etc | nickrl
21/4/2020 22:21 | There's a report in The Guardian today saying that some big retailers, including Boots, are not paying their rent. It's an absolute disgrace that an essential retailer which is still open for business doesn't pay their rent. They need to be named and shamed. | okosling
20/4/2020 14:22 | All that property decline is in the price, this is in recovery mode and will be over 100p, as soon as we start the unlock to get the economy moving again. So I bought 57p and added recently to build my stake and will hold for a few years at least Stay patient..stay safe. | ny boy
20/4/2020 08:54 | TRCML .... re other memories..... My dad bought Sydney a pair of socks for his 60 th birthday .. I remember my old fella telling my that jokingly all he wanted for his 60 th was a pair of socks !! Which my dad duly sent . I think I still have the thank you letter from him .. true story that | gripfit
20/4/2020 07:28 | History does repeat itself, that is why prior to the virus global growth was anaemic, and the Fed was already engaged in a form of QE4 through the repo. market! What have learnt in the last hundred years, endless wars for the US, off course with China And Russia it is just an economic war via sanctions and tariffs! | bookbroker |
