Can/will this company ever relist? Looking at the AIM Rule 26 release back in Sept 2017 they stated that they intended to relist once the reverse takeover had been completed. Looking at the 2020 Finance report it appears that those takeovers have been completed.
Any ideas anyone?

It's going to be a tough year for Hague and London.

From page 14 of the 2019 annual report.

"However, the cash forecasts show that the Group will require additional short-term funding in 2020."
.
.
.. "the Directors remain confident of raising the additional
funding required."

What they have going for them is cashflow from production and a good relationship with ENGIE.

What they could do with is higher gas prices and some sensible policies from the UK and Dutch Governments to help keep the North Sea producing.

Not sure what could be the MKT Cap here after the last disappointing results.
The longer it's off the Mkt the better, but that day will come...

...a significant gas column....
...good quality, porous and permeable, sandstone,....

Operations are close to being completed with Spirit Energy’s 43/12a-3 Andromeda North exploration well which was spudded on July 29 with the Noble Hans Deul jack-up rig. Hague and London Oil (Halo) reported pre-drill resource estimates of 40 bcf in the Carboniferous, however Westwood understands that this is towards the lower end of the pre-drill estimate range. At the time of writing the rig remained on location.

HALO plans to appoint Listing Adviser(s) in relation to a Listing and work to achieve a Listing of the Company's ordinary shares as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event by 31 December 2020, provided that it may be required to delay such Listing if advised by its Listing Adviser(s) that prevailing material adverse changes in market conditions or commodity pricing make it inappropriate to carry out a Listing at that time.

The Company therefore plans to seek the admission of its ordinary share capital to the London Stock Exchange or Borsa Italiana markets for listed securities; or admission to trading on Euronext Amsterdam, Brussels, London, Lisbon, Dublin, Oslo or Paris exchanges of the Company's ordinary share capital; or admission of the ordinary share capital to Deutsche Börse Frankfurt exchange; or the admission of the HALO's ordinary share capital to, or trading of its ordinary share capital on, a Recognised Investment Exchange.
