I would double check that, if these come back at 1,2,3, times the suspended share price then putting them back into a isa will or could be to late tax purposes wise.

Solarno, just come off the phone to Lloyds Share dealing Service. They confirm that when HALO comes back to market the shares will NOT be returned to my ISA. If I want to hold them in an ISA I will have to sell them and buy them back.

Looks like a missed opportunity in hindsight (which EME is now capitalising on), but we aren't aware of all the reasons for the expiry of agreements initially with HALO so it's hard to comment. The Board obviously felt it wasn't pursuable at the time.

Still, it's in the past now and the company has a new focus which, if they pull it off, should be huge for shareholders.

from the final results in May

"Decision taken to terminate the farm-in to the Duyung licence in Indonesia due to approval delays causing expiry of initial agreements "

"An independent conceptual field development study on the Mako field has estimated the gas initially in place (GIIP) to be 705Bcf with an upside scenario of 1,317Bcf."

"A final stabilised rate of 10.9 million cubic feet per day was recorded"

what a load of muppets HALO are for giving this away!

HALO is still a company with a share structure and shareholders irrespective of a public listing. The MOU with ENGIE and the proposed acquisition(s) are all with HALO.

Yes agree, but if they list on LSE will the AIMS shares be transfered over or can they list as a new entity?

This is all well and good, if they relist. Do they have to come back to AIM? If not can they relist on say NYFX and cancel all of the previous AIM stocks

The company is suspended, any trades now would be for strategic reasons.

As they are coming back to the market in another 6 months with more acquisitions/producing assets, then 150p could be credible.

Im sure you can sell or buy any type of share in a company even if once listed then delisted, ok not via the market but other means, just because it's not now officially a listed plc does not mean you can not sell or buy via a private transaction.

Irrespective where you hold the shares, if they are being delisted you will struggle to sell them, even if you hold them in a SIPP or anormal traing a/c or spreadbet a/c -

good luck all
