Well it's suspended and some folk think they are going to get reamed out so it's quite fair. 13p for small 10p for over 200k shares. Fair offer I reckon. DM me if anyone wants to take the above up. It's easy to arrange.

They will relist and enhance value through buying shares that form said listing back thus restricting shares in issue and hopefully raising the price of such.

If anyone wants to sell any I will happily give you the closing price.

Why do they plan to buy back and cancel, if they believe that the public quoted company is the best way of creating value for the shareholders. If it's true that the value creation is through the market, why do they want to stop that?
Doesn't seem that there are many shares issued.

Bufala. What they are saying is when it relists and cash allows they will buy back shares on the open market and then cancel them this reducing the shares in issue

Nosnibord, it's like cutting the cake in half.
Basically 1/2 of the cake is for the shareholders when the company gets relisted.
The other 1/2 is in the cupboard for when the company gets cancelled.
And that's assuming that the cake is cut perfectly in 1/2.

smcl, relishing is the right word. Unfortunately it's hard to tell right now what level of relishment, particularly if there are further acquisitions before we relist.

bufala, I'm not sure what your confusion is. They aren't suggesting they are going to "do a runner" with our shares if that's your concern.

So readmission is currently targeted to occur within the next 6 months..... Also share buy-back and cancellation might happen.
... Might be a good idea to stick with Fred then....
