Of course I've seen that link, nosnibord. I also read the August 1 RNS:
...the Acquisition constitutes a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules and requires the Company to issue a new admission document and is conditional, inter alia, on the approval of the Acquisition by shareholders ...

It goes on to give a target date: the aim [is] to publish the Admission Document by 1 October 2017

Where is it?

Stop avoiding the question.

They have had more than long enough to do what they have to do, organise an EGM to get shareholders approval, but that would mean coming out of suspension and shareholders could find out how much their shares are worth. Where's even a Prospectus?

No, I have no idea why the TLW deal has not been put to shareholders.

Q2 which year?

Look at the Long Term chart in the header above. In three weeks it will be a year since it was suspended.

Not invested here, just on my watch list. (But not serious any more, this is a fiasco.) If they are not bankrupt shareholders are entitled to have a market for their shares to trade.

Sparty if you have any, you must have the wrong experience. Don't use it!

boy did I get stick on lse boards for suggesting IOG was a better target for their cash...and that the whole scenario would take a long time to sort here..
Experience is hard won, expensive and given freely..Use it!
