Posted at 25/9/2019 07:39 by divmad You might be right. It does seem odd to have a closing way back in Jan of this year. Nevertheless, it is an interesting further asset development for HNL which comes with no equity dilution. And it makes HNL tastier, but more expensive, to Neptune in due course, should they be interested in getting their hands on some or all of the 45% Pegasus interest. |
Posted at 31/7/2019 10:23 by divmad That seems to me to be a pre-IPO funding round type of equity entry for the ex-Barclays holding. With the fundamental progress achieved since then, plus importantly the work to be done in the next 90 days on a success basis, it's not a stretch to believe HNL might be valued around the £40-50mn level. That's £1.33-1.66, pre- dilution on an IPO. |

Posted at 12/3/2019 15:09 by jpharks1 Hi guys - I emailed the shareholder query address yesterday regarding readmission and am currently awaiting a reply. I also see HNL as a compelling opportunity and have had it on my watchlist for quite some time.In the RNS on 19 September, it states that 'HALO will seek to close the transaction prior to listing the Company and doing so at the optimal, and earliest, time thereafter for the combined portfolio.' In the RNS on 31 December it states that ‘further details of the [Third Energy] Acquisition, Operational Plans and the Corporate Calendar will be provided early in the New Year.’ I live in hope... |
Posted at 07/3/2019 07:27 by divmad Does anyone know of an AIM oil company off the market as long as HNL has been, but which subsequently has returned successfully to a listing? |
Posted at 15/2/2019 10:08 by smudgeroo Totally agree regarding the response from the SB company. I won't name them at this stage as I am still in discussions with them regarding this issue and may need to pursue it further once the future intentions of HNL have been made clear. What I will confirm is it's not IG.If HNL do relist in the UK and under the same name then nothing has changed in my view and my argument will be that my position should be reinstated. Until the radio silence from HNL ends and some clarity is provided from the company there's not a lot else I can do. |
Posted at 14/2/2019 13:41 by smudgeroo "Further details of the Acquisition, Operational Plans and the Corporate Calendar will be provided early in the New Year.- From the last update on 31st December 2018 Well we're now half way through the Q1 and still no update on a potential relisting. Incidentally, as well as owning shares in HNL I also held a long position via a spreadbet at the time of suspension and subsequent delisting. My spreadbet provider allowed me to continuously roll my position over on the grounds HNL would relist. That was until the expiry date last December when the positioned was finally closed at zero (at full cost to myself). When questioning the head dealer as to why they had now chosen to close the position out, rather than to roll the position over as they had done every quarter for the previous year, the response I received was they no longer foresee HNL relisting! Am interested to know if anyone else has experienced similar? |
Posted at 24/10/2017 16:48 by ribblewader Interesting, HNL web site now showing a share price and my Lloyds (non ISA) share dealing account has a price of 0.1126p. Yesterday my Lloyds account showed that my shares had been transfered in from my ISA but had no price! |
