I think the BOD ment to say you can buy anyones shares even if unlisted.... ie find out who they are and make a offer, dosent have to be through a broker like when listed.
The longer we stay out of the market more chance we pick up another cracking cheap asset.

Interesting, HNL web site now showing a share price and my Lloyds (non ISA) share dealing account has a price of 0.1126p. Yesterday my Lloyds account showed that my shares had been transfered in from my ISA but had no price!

Keya, what happened to the PEDL 238 239 licence that were early relinquished a couple of years ago with the hope that would be reassigned.

Guyana swallowed into Vermeer in exchange of a pocket of sweets.
South England license vanished.
