20/5/2019 18:10 | Mr Wader Looks like a relist is tied in to the Pegasus West FID From page 6 of the Annual Report 2018 The Group’s capital requirements will be addressed through a combination of cash flow, lending or structured facilities and new equity. Once the FDP progresses towards FID these capital requirements can be fully assessed and addressed. The portfolio has leveraging capacity and to the extent equity is needed the Group would commence the process of an initial public offering (IPO) of the Company’s shares. Logically, any IPO would follow a positive FID for Pegasus West, the results of the Andromeda well and the full debt capacity of HALO having been assessed (inclusive of the Greater Pegasus Area). | jbfnfn

20/5/2019 17:11 | Annual Report 2018 available First two paragraphs if TL;DR. The past year has been very important for Hague and London Oil. As a Group, we enjoyed a full year’s natural gas production offshore Holland from the November 2017 acquisition of our HALO E&P Netherlands BV subsidiary. Additionally, another transaction was announced and closed; the acquisition of Third Energy Offshore Ltd. (TEOL). TEOL’s inclusion in the Group’s portfolio expanded HALO’s footprint into the United Kingdom’s offshore sector. We achieved our stated goals in 2018 through the integration of producing assets offshore Holland, associated infrastructure; and expanding our corporate presence to the UK. The Group recorded revenues of £31.1m (2017: £4.3m) and an operating profit (before interest and taxes) of £6.5m (2017: £0.21m). In cash terms, cashflow from operations was £12.3m (2017: £2.2m) and, after capital expenditures of £4.9m (2017: £3.9m), resulted in a year end cash position of £11.3m (2017: £3.8m). HALO’s assets produced an average of 2,391boepd, net to the interests acquired and the Group now has net, proven plus probable (“2P”) reserves of 17.2mmboe between Holland and the UK. | jbfnfn

12/3/2019 15:09 | Hi guys - I emailed the shareholder query address yesterday regarding readmission and am currently awaiting a reply. I also see HNL as a compelling opportunity and have had it on my watchlist for quite some time. In the RNS on 19 September, it states that 'HALO will seek to close the transaction prior to listing the Company and doing so at the optimal, and earliest, time thereafter for the combined portfolio.' In the RNS on 31 December it states that ‘further details of the [Third Energy] Acquisition, Operational Plans and the Corporate Calendar will be provided early in the New Year.’ I live in hope... | jpharks1

07/3/2019 07:33 | But the situation here is very much different to 99% of those who do get suspended | keya5000
07/3/2019 07:30 | Afraid not, if I was a shareholder here I would be contacting the company but I'm just an impartial lurker having had this on my watchlist for some time. | bountyhunter
07/3/2019 07:27 | Does anyone know of an AIM oil company off the market as long as HNL has been, but which subsequently has returned successfully to a listing? | divmad
15/2/2019 10:08 | Totally agree regarding the response from the SB company. I won't name them at this stage as I am still in discussions with them regarding this issue and may need to pursue it further once the future intentions of HNL have been made clear. What I will confirm is it's not IG. If HNL do relist in the UK and under the same name then nothing has changed in my view and my argument will be that my position should be reinstated. Until the radio silence from HNL ends and some clarity is provided from the company there's not a lot else I can do. | smudgeroo
14/2/2019 18:07 | This has been on my watch list for ages now and although the news releases do certainly indicate relisting in due course and I see no reason why that is not going to happen at a premium to the suspended price I'm afraid I can't stop wondering what an earth is going on here given the time it's taking (apologies)?! As for spread bet companies they are a bunch of thieves in many cases in my experience! | bountyhunter

14/2/2019 13:41 | "Further details of the Acquisition, Operational Plans and the Corporate Calendar will be provided early in the New Year. - From the last update on 31st December 2018 Well we're now half way through the Q1 and still no update on a potential relisting. Incidentally, as well as owning shares in HNL I also held a long position via a spreadbet at the time of suspension and subsequent delisting. My spreadbet provider allowed me to continuously roll my position over on the grounds HNL would relist. That was until the expiry date last December when the positioned was finally closed at zero (at full cost to myself). When questioning the head dealer as to why they had now chosen to close the position out, rather than to roll the position over as they had done every quarter for the previous year, the response I received was they no longer foresee HNL relisting! Am interested to know if anyone else has experienced similar? | smudgeroo
09/1/2019 13:22 | Sorry, I meant a re-listing. Although that would be a result! | divmad
09/1/2019 11:36 | Anyone have any idea what is holding up a result here now? | divmad
