23/3/2018 17:07 | What is a UT trade? The 40m... | brownie69
23/3/2018 16:43 | .... and a 40 million after hours trade? WTF? | festario
23/3/2018 16:35 | Perhaps a delayed reaction to XD ? lol | nurdin
23/3/2018 16:33 | A big sell off occuring now at the end of the day and huge volume again. I'm not convinced that its just the Germany thing. After all EU is over riding there. If there are big technical shorts on here then they have to cover at some point and being short of this management is a dangerous place to be as they have proved time and tome again over the years. Buying opportunity on Monday ? | brownie69
23/3/2018 16:31 | Phew 12.3M traded | fizzypop
23/3/2018 15:24 | Another huge volume day. Not being a shorter, I was wondering how shorters can carry a position over the day this takeover becomes effective, when the shares they have borrowed and sold are then cancelled. | mylands
23/3/2018 15:06 | Srp, i think the growth potential here is starting a whole new chapter. Phenominal really. | coxsmn
23/3/2018 14:27 | C That sounds very positive, especially with the US attempting to open, dyor. | srpactive
23/3/2018 13:59 | Post the deal, gvc will be 90% operating in regulated markets which i believe is the highest for all uk listed peers. 888 being 70% in regulated markets i understand. | coxsmn
22/3/2018 16:41 | Today's volume has to be a record - 8,696,313! Nigh on 3% of the company traded. Correct that, it is now 10,523,263, over 3%. Add back the 15p div and we are getting within 2% of the all-time closing high of 982 reached on Jan 4th. The company has just posted the Forex rate for the div which reults in the div being 15.190p/share | mylands
22/3/2018 12:26 | By the way TrentEndBoy. No sweaty palms at LAD HQ as the building closed down last Nov if you didn't know. Most people took redundancy and remainders mostly contractors working from Coral offices. So not sure what "fat" you're referring to? | tyroneshares
22/3/2018 12:18 | Thanks nurdin I just saw this | noujay
22/3/2018 11:45 | Strange the share price didn't drop on XD day, not even a flinch | joan of arc
22/3/2018 10:31 | nurdin Thanks for posting the link. Quite a contrast to the Acquisition Document 'health warning' on Germany! | mylands
22/3/2018 10:11 | Noujay Yesterday you posted (29243) 'a week ago Kenny said he was 'bullish' on Germany regulating'. Have you a link to this statement? | mylands
22/3/2018 08:12 | Does the market know its gone ex div? | mylands
22/3/2018 07:42 | Ah yes,forgot it is xd today. | nurdin
21/3/2018 21:05 | I'm not sure that was ever too much of a risk based on geographies. If they let PP Betfair through and Lads/Coral then this one was never in doubt.Interested to see where it goes tomorrow ex-d. When lads went ex-d couple of weeks back it actually went up a bit but this will more likely track lower imo. Lads holders are effectively underwritten at 1.62 with a chance of more whereas GVC have the risk of paying more. | noujay
21/3/2018 20:16 | Thanks Noujay.. Somewhat surprised the shares didnt track much higher following todays 'all clear' announcement....perh | nurdin
21/3/2018 20:02 | I agree with an earlier post - LADS has a lot of fat to be trimmed. Will be a bloodbath but massive savings here alone.Be some sweaty palms in LADS HQ | trentendboy
21/3/2018 19:10 | The largest tranche is yes | noujay
21/3/2018 18:54 | Is their debt $ denominated? | nurdin |
