If you were to assess GKP today on exclusively its performance with local sales (pretend that the pipeline doesn't exist), how would it rank against peers in other locations? Underpriced, overpriced, or Goldilocks?That is the key to understanding this company's value.

The Cretaceous isn't worth spending on trying to extract the very heavy sludge there.
The Triassic is still unknown apart from the fact that it eats drills and they don't have a clue what is or isn't there.
The Permian, lol. They don't have any idea about it.

No one buys what hasn't been proved up or "might" be there. The proof is no one has shown any interest since DNO walked away after offering around 70p old money cash back in 2016.

Could it be that Epicure have adopted the CYA policy? Individual contracts and that they have now't to do with negotiating them. Just saying like.

It was announced that "some" progress had been made at the recent meet but I thought you gullible suckers had realised that nothing can be believed that get's announced!!! Also there have been conflicting reports about the meet, innit.

They've already agreed to pay $156 a barrel, and the Iraqi parliament brought it into law a couple of weeks ago when they voted to pay $1.875 billion a month for 400kbpd.

So it's the Federal government's $156 a barrel.

How about explaining why you think that $156 a barrel has something to do with the IOCs.

When the Jurassic is 'a lake of oil a kilometer deep with some rocks thrown in', when there are hundreds of millions of barrels in the Cretaceous and Triassic, when the Permian has a guestimate of 5 billion barrels, and there are trillions of cf of gas.
