Getting all of the representatives all together in one place imo isn't for the craic. It's so all the parties can sign all the contract amendments

market using premis of orthodox 'buyback'
Actually MAR acceptable 'stabilisation' program pre good news and then the Black Swan news.
Huge takeover.
Will yanks still try to crash it ?

I would agree but not before a flash crash. Happens every time. But we've got it well covered here.

It's being held by peel hunt and cannacord , who are both market makers.....and are armed with 6.5m more bucks buying power. The company is OBVIOUSLY sold..It's not a buyback....... FFS... .... Its a stabilisation program PRE the most obvious incoming takeover in stock market history...... Check the FCA handbook re MAR

My thoughts are if anything definitive and positive was about to be decided this Sunday the share price would be climbing rather than hovering. Keep an eye on things this afternoon but generally the market is ahead of the game and meetings tend to be a massive non event imo

I already think the brokers are panicking about a lack of stock... Is it just me getting a phone call from my broker?

The buy back is way behind schedule from my calculations....

If I were the GKP board, I would buyback a few more than 125K GKP shares today to focus Walleye Capitals minds very quickly that there is going to be a positive Sunday ICG/Kurd/IOC tripartite meeting outcome 👍😆

Walleye FOMO 🚾💩 🧱

beernut - "Made me feel more positive."

There's a sense of urgency from Baghdad.

At the top of the APIKUR webpage there's a tickertape thing that shows the cumulative losses from the pipeline closure are approaching $17 billion and they're also incurring an $800k a day fine for not pumping any oil through it.

But in my opinion the real killer was the ruling by the "Supreme Court" that they had to pay the Kurdish salaries which is almost half the Kurdish share of the budget regardless and couldn't use them to blackmail the Kurds over the oil issue.

And those salaries are being paid for out of Basra oil while everybody and his dog is making good money out of the 400kbpd that the Kurds are currently producing while the ICG don't see a penny of it.

The whole sorry mess they've created must be costing them $!.7 billion a month. Those enormous losses are unsustainable.

Caggins said - "The Federal Government are now listening".

The Federal Government have called an "emergency" meeting.

And yesterday we were told - "At this moment, Iraq has reached the conclusion that they should start exporting oil in Kurdistan Region."

Baghdad are under enormous pressure, APIKUR need to dig their heels in and not give an inch.
