Remarkable how the share price is negative given the current optimism for the pipeline opening coupled with an ongoing large short position. And low volume too. Not overly surprised though as this share has always done the opposite to what it should do.

The figure of $14-15 is pretty meaningless without knowing what it does and doesn't include and any contract amendments.
