29/10/2023 13:36 | Nest, although the Iranian leaders are not nice people, they were never a threat to the world. That threat comes from our chums in Tel Aviv. HAMAS was invented by Israel to take out Yasser Arafat's PLO and have been the trojan horse in Gaza ever since. Bibi blames Iran for starting the conflict 3 weeks ago and cried for assistance. None came from the US, because there was NO SPEAKER for two and a half weeks! Assistance would have started WW3 with Russia and China. It's game over for Israel. The world has had a lucky escape! | ![]() cicero666

29/10/2023 08:20 | Kurdistan Watch @KurdistanWatch While the three provinces of the Kurdistan Region constitute 10% of the area, 18% of the population, and 32% of the border gates of Iraq, in the first half of 2023, the KRG's non-oil revenues equaled 81% of that of the other 15 provinces combined, according to KRG and Iraqi figures. Details: The 15 Iraqi provinces generated a total non-oil revenue of 2 trillion and 563 billion dinars. In contrast, the non-oil revenue for the three provinces of the Kurdistan Region reached 2 trillion and 74 billion dinars. This means the Kurdistan Region's non-oil revenue was equivalent to 81% of the combined revenue of the other 15 Iraqi provinces. - Income tax revenue in the 15 Iraqi provinces amounted to 782 billion and 372 million dinars. 29/10/2023 08:04 | I cant see the USA being too happy with SINOPEC spying on their installations either. We would probably get a better offer from the Chinese and Kurdistan currently has too much risk for the likes of XOM. That perception may change with the HCL. Anything could happen IMO | ![]() highlander7
29/10/2023 07:45 | Muqtada al-Sadr and Maliki both pro Iranian are out of influence ATM . Iraqi's on the street I think are in sympathy for the Iranian protestors . USAs massive consulate in Erbil and the biggest runway in the ME near Erbil which was built in 2010 tells me it's not the Chinese BWTFDIK. | nestoframpers
29/10/2023 05:24 | H7 was wondering how you think Iran needs to give approval. Iranians have a serious influence in the ICG Government. This increases with SOMO now managing Kurdish Oil. They could quite easily make life difficult for the KRG in the future just as they have in the past , especially if they thought a large US INOC was thinking about entering Kurdistan. Hopefully the HCL when agreed should mitigate this. Which is why I think the Chinese are more likely. As you say any offer has to be recommended by the BOD and Kurds. IMO | ![]() highlander7
