"Less than three weeks ago the BoD proposed resolutions at the AGM requesting that they be allowed to buy back 10% of the company's shares at their discretion and that they be allowed to pay two dividends

The Institutions and major shareholders and everyone else that voted cast their votes accordingly, with 100% cast in favour and not a single vote cast against any of those resolutions.

Clearly the people that matter don't think that buybacks and dividends are a waste of money Bigdog, but you do."

Why wouldn't they? They're all desperate to get a return back after years of hype, spin and failure. Five years on from the Restructure, they made the mistake of not dumping at £3, they believed in the hype and spin of reaching the fast, easy and cheap 55k a day years ago. Its still months off. They were never going to say no to more divis and the desperate hoped for increase in share price from buybacks.

You really don't understand do you habSCUM but your excuses make for hilarious reading.

Takeover battle on way. What sort of takeover valuation?Well on the most PRUDENT of BOE/2P, even reflecting that the current CPR is a SUBSET of true recoverable, we look at $8/boeGiving a MINIMUM takeover value of 12 quid a share........Its almost certainly going to be well north of that, as the competition would be HUGE .See why the Fruitcakes here 24/7??? Telling you its worth F All......LOLOL Every share they can prise from retail down here is probably saving them 20/30/40 squid a share, later. Fil yer boots

"As everyone knows, only questions pertinent to the business of the AGM
were allowable.
As is conventional."

Only a seriously shifty company would behave like that. GKP was not like that last year. And this year the Investor Relations Officer answered my query about when the PSC expires: Mid 2043.

How was Kozel going to substantiate his BS barrels?

Several wells and then the CPR's would show the evidence? Plus he stated they would be pumping 150k a day by 2014.

Another seven years on from his predictions, 12 wells drilled, mid forties production and the CPR's show falling Reserves.

And yet you clowns say the company are lying or purposely "hiding" the barrels.

The reality is all there innit.

Paul Carrol (aka Ian_Hannam, Todd Kozel, etc.), hi

There are two sorts of questions at AGMs: those relating to the resolutions themselves (the formal part of the meeting) and then questions that are nothing to do with the meeting but to do with the business, which most directors are happy to answer as long as they are not commercially sensitive and do not attempt to elicit unpublished share price information.

GKP answered all my question at the AGM in 2020, and none of my questions had anything to do with the resolutions being put to that meeting.

I think this year our chairman didn't want to be caught off guard with questions he wasn't prepared for, so he limited them to the legal minimum i.e. Qs about the resolutions. Last year I submitted my Qs in advance of the meeting, so he had plenty of time to think about them in advance.

Yes, it does make the company look shifty if it holds AGMs in places that are impractical to get to, or AGMs held at inconvenient times.

I look forward to SH-13 adding to production.

"Habshan, I think Kurdman's questions are good ones."

Yes that doesn't surprise me.

So as they are all questions which the three of you say you need answering why don't you Tony and Broadford e-mail them to Stuart Catterall and let's know how you get on.

Habshan, I think Kurdman's questions are good ones. Had I thought of them myself, I would have asked them at the AGM. I see there are 5 volumes of Imperial College lecture notes to read on petrophysics, reservoir engineering, etc. When I have read those, I expect I will have some of my own, original questions to put to Mr Catterall. I think I would like to know if all the wells are at the same pressure or not, and if not why not. Is there a pressure gradient, if that is the right jargon?
