I reckon the Insti's are now considering their exit strategy. Take the divis and any increase to the share price via possible buybacks and then depart.

They can see oily's exiting Iraq and going greener and will be mindful of the opportunities the ESG's are offering.

They didn't expect to be still holding shares five years on from the Restructure and will want out. They will be regreting not taking £3 ages ago and will be off at much less this time.

They will have realised that production North of 55k is going to take several years and will cost hundred's of $millions. Will the oil price stay high, will the hosts continue to pay, how will the asset perform bearing in mind all the problems of falling pressure, falling Reserves (another downgrade?) and water. Get to 55k a day and then take what they can get?

Yes, 19, I think most oilers will close today on a high as next week's oil news is likely to be positive for prices.
