Just less than an hour to go and less than 100k traded. This drying up of trades often precedes corporate action. Voleon might be left high and dry with that short unless they pile in prior to the close (if they can). :):)

99.9% scheme of arrangement UralsCheck Ophir energy recent sale and timetabling21 day notice for sholders meet and court sanction hearing.:sale could be effected by scheme of arrangement or tender offer basis.In my view former most likely BUT if buyer already owns a big lump of the AWOL 30% then the latter. I do think that the board have thrown retail crumbs of info.So if by scheme with Sami Dec 2 the end then RNS Mon, Tues or Wed next week latest. If by tender offer and Nov 1 = D-28 then as late as 29/11. Either way it's sold TBC,and a buyback of at least 50m in mix too.

Motley Fool asking can Gulf double your money and then in the next breath say how wonderful the restructuring was ???

The average shareholder lost 95 % or a little less depending on how you look at it and then Fool say they could double your money ???
