08/11/2019 10:32 | Chinese, it definitely is the most common method to effect transactions involving listed Bermuda reg co.Has tax benefits too as no stamp duty is payable, and if this is even just a $2.5bn deal that saves acquirer $12.5m.So if FD departure is watershed that's 3 weeks away, SGM needs 2 weeks clear notice, so if that's the go, needs publication next week. This method been used by Chinese to acquire and delist several US listed Cos: Qihoo 360's US$9.3 billion take-private transac-tion cited by the Wall Street Journal as the "largest take-private deal of a US-listed Chinese company", done by Bermuda merger. | ![]() urals

08/11/2019 09:11 | The level of crassness on here never ceases to amaze, but last night, this analogy knocked me sideways! What an utter crank, to even think that way? What kind of mind thinks in this fashion? >>> Subnormal. nestoframpers7 Nov '19 - 21:07 - 593764 of 593778 0 7 0 You might think Todd not selling at £5 was a tragedy, but a REAL tragedy is for example - driving over a school kid while looking at your phone. | ![]() kiltless highlander

07/11/2019 22:30 | Bigdog57 Nov '19 - 16:22 - 593755 of 593770 0 3 0 Shame about S12 as I know you were all banking on it being great and propelling you towards 55k a day. But don't worry because allegedly what usually happens are the wells get ramped up for a very short time so they can announce far better production numbers. Then they get choked back soon after so as not to suck up the real nasty stuff. That's the problem with ESP's as you ought to realise. Need them pumps because of pressure issues but they can suck too hard and cause even more problems. But it keeps all the suckers happy and optimistic innit:-) I love these kind of posts!... There is nothing the company could do, release in an RNS, or even get paid from producing over months.. That could not be explained away as failure here!.. The sign-off used.. probably talks to himself in mirror in the adoptive slang. | ![]() officerdigby
07/11/2019 22:27 | Who wants a TO tomorrow ? I think Urals said a SoA To has to be tomorrow or it's a straight forward approach offer, that could be end of the month for the treasury shares to vest .I have no idea whats going on , best way to be , keep on keeping on until sommat happens . | nestoframpers

07/11/2019 21:48 | bigdog, I think hydrostatic pressure distribution and -depletion is more evident in the W side, crossover + water to the E side. Ref any additional new wells, if the bopd per well is halved then the gas content (per producing well) drops in proportion; summa summarum. Implications (negative) incl extra flowlines etc. I hope they are not even thinking of using the Tar Mat as a sour gas seal. Financing, financing, financing... | ![]() broadford bay

07/11/2019 21:07 | You might think Todd not selling at £5 was a tragedy, but a REAL tragedy is for example - driving over a school kid while looking at your phone. To cope with holding GKP for 10 years you need a balanced view of life. I should have sold at £4 but was greedy, a lesson I needed to learn clearly. I didn't sell as I thought GKP was worth £17 bill , it is still worth £17 bill and more. BTW Todd didn't sell because the KRG wouldn't let him IMO, at £5 he'd have been minted even after giving Ashley half. | nestoframpers
07/11/2019 20:21 | Guys, Remember the big plans years ago for the big gas reinjection project at SH8 ??? I wonder what happened to that ??? Funny that the posts that I made on the subject years ago were removed at the request of Waterhouse. Cover it up and keep it positive 😂😂 And then along came GoatCam. | mcfly02

07/11/2019 19:48 | Chinese, I think your pricing model uber cautious as the 2C 190m is effectively 2P on new FDP sign off. I think even your rock bottom outcome would then be £10+:::Urals my model more cautious, if no buybackUse 470m 2p at $5 /boe = £ 7.50 rock bottomMy best case at $30/boe with 100% buyback =£ 85, then add 2C goes over double figures:: | ![]() urals
07/11/2019 19:35 | Broadford, you sure you mean the west end? Suck too hard and you get a load more than just wind. Even more than the hot air as spouted by the delusional rampers here. "If that is the case then there may be only one way to overcome this and keep output high and growing: drill more wells and don't suck too hard;" I was only discussing this very recently with an "Industry expert" and I put it to them if the gas reinjection fails (almost a cert) a load more wells will be their only option left. They agreed. However, the MNR kicked out the last FDP because of the "flaring" issue so adding a great many new wells doesn't solve that problem. All those oil seeps that Kozel used to salivate over does suggest there will be others which of course suggests gas will leak to surface. That will be unacceptable to all. Very large issues to solve imho. | ![]() bigdog5
