03/7/2019 16:03 | 2 buy ins, make a great deal of sense as the cash headroom is over half a billion dollars, and an in market of only 12.73% insufficient to reflect that level of under leverageIt looks as if off market happening too, if so confirmation within days, I think under DTR 5 from memory, 2 days standard notification, that's Black Rock it occurred 2 days ago. No doubt others coming in too. For foreign issuer (like company itself) 4 days, so Friday latest I reckon. | ![]() urals

03/7/2019 12:37 | We'll see frenchyfraud. Train still stuck in the sidings? As for the BS errs how's this lot for starters, 111notout and all his avatars, shediak, Gkphero, biggerthus, pocopicu, the Guru and his Penge street gang, highlander7, nestofBS and not forgetting yourself and the liar rovershyte. I note the SP's tanking again, as predicted:-) Someone explain to johnyboy. I also note there's been talk recently about a new CPR (the same posters said it was imminent but that was over 9 months ago) which would allegedly come out with more realistic numbers, lol. So where is it, is it being kept secret? Odd that the CEO elected to stay with the one from years ago, or is it:-) You're welcome. | ![]() bigdog5

03/7/2019 08:26 | OfficerThey are paying dividends and buying stock back because they are very profitable and free cash generative, and have far more cash and debt facilities than they need to fund future growth.Buying back on scale increases dividend yields, and in the event of a future sale concentrates profits for remaining holders. Not too much there not too like. They can certainly afford more than the open market buyback 12.7% quantum , so I hope we will see an outside market E for D as well. | ![]() urals
03/7/2019 07:39 | Biggydog, Why in your theory are GKP management desperate trying to appease big SHs with divi's and buy backs. They don’t have to do these things. If a SH wanted to go they can - indeed as we we know 3 of 6 hedge funds have exited. If the others want to they can feel free. Sure short term disruption to share price So what? What kind of BOD would be bullied by SHs and put its companies development plans at risk? I would risk the answer is none. Where is your argument, no where? | ![]() officerdigby
02/7/2019 23:14 | It's always been easy to spot the BS'ers. It's the difference between actually knowing and understanding the reality of what's happening and then comparing it against anything posted up by those desperate to mislead in order to try to claw back their huge losses. It's like taking an exam and having the perfect answers in front of you to copy:-) | ![]() bigdog5
02/7/2019 23:03 | Lol, same old on here then OM is obsessed about Bob , why is that then? probably as Bob is right and posts decent post that are helpful. Just filter the dross and keep your eye on the prize . | nestoframpers |
