28/6/2019 11:01 | Pensioner, locked away? There is a technique called Accelerated Share Repurchase ASRWhere a company instructs normally its investment bank to buy a large number of shares over a long period, clearly the only way to buy so many without bumping share price Something along those lines I would have thought. It would if it is just waiting TBA mean those left own another half more of the Company than they did before. Atty, Yes my contact has had no claw back this am , and the cents/share identical to yours. IG must be aware the cash/share to be paid from GKPSmall first payment equals precisely $16.6m/229.4m sharesLarger payment equals $33.33m/152.9m sharesSo the company must be aware by time the second payment made 76.5m less shares , which is precisely 1/3rd current issue. They are IMHO going to announce a buyback and retirement of 33.3% shortly!Rather good news for remaining shareholders!! | ![]() urals

28/6/2019 10:30 | Can we now have a post from kilt? Thanks. | gkphero
28/6/2019 10:28 | A 33.3% buyback is a very good result. Will GKP keep on purchasing to retire? I think they will and this will squeeze out any potential accumulators and force a bid/bids. | gkphero
28/6/2019 10:13 | Which must mean, Urals, that those shares are safely locked away somewhere just waiting to put the transaction through the market. I wonder what the price will be. | ![]() pensioner2

28/6/2019 09:39 | "HabscamScot, you don't need to thank me for providing the Hong Kong link for you." Oilman. You were 9 days late. You posted those links on the 23rd whereas they'd been up on U-Tube for the whole world to see since the 14th. Try to keep up. Every day our newshound Beernut and others, post up to date information and links that they have ferreted out without expecting brownie points and people on here to personally thank them. So why do YOU expect to be personally thanked for posting up a piece that had been up on U-Tube for 9 days. I'll tell you why Oilman, it's because they're mature adults who understand that this board exists for the sharing and pooling of information for the common good. Whereas you're just an idiot. | ![]() habshan

28/6/2019 09:25 | Just to re-iterate. IG has credited my account with two payments. One equivalent to $0.2179c per share based on the full issued share capital of 229.43m. The second payment is $0.0726c per share based upon the issued share capital of 229.43m. The payments have not been clawed back by IG as an admin error. The whole dividend of $50m went ex dividend yesterday. The Board have staggered the payment, but the dividend payment is based upon the share registrar from last week. Something does not quite add up. Surely someone else has an IG account and has received the same payments? | ![]() attyg

28/6/2019 09:06 | Good Morning 😃 HabscamScot, you don't need to thank me for providing the Hong Kong link for you. While you are here could you possibly explain to someone as thick as me why when all the wells that are connected to PF2 they are only capable of producing 13k ??? Is it anything to do with what I told you about 2 years ago ??? Edit: all wells going in to PF2 are all online. | ![]() mcfly02
28/6/2019 08:46 | 25% or 33% the higher the better Atty I've looked at your numbers and offer the following explanations:1. IG have mistakenly paid you the whole Div and the first third. A mistake. If so no doubt they will rectify!! 2. The first small payment is correct for the first third, 16.66m/229m currently outstanding. 3. The second larger payment is correct but implies 33.33m/153m Implying 76m shares will be bought back before that's paid out. That's a 33% buyback, which would increase equity concentration 50%If IG don't rectify today , please advise. Then it will be clear that a large buyback is TBC on its way.The dividend declaration RNS was very very unusual, as it used tranche payment, rather than a specific, £?.?? per share will be paid, that would be conventional. | ![]() chinese_takeaway
28/6/2019 08:39 | From last week's AGM Presentation:- "Production at c.38,100 bopd prior to PF-1 shutdown." PF-1 was shut down 18 days ago (10th June) for 15-20 days so should be up and running again about now. | ![]() habshan
