Nest, if O_I or team have made a complaint and the police are looking into it, they won't be giving him/them a running commentary on the evidence, especially the cross-checks on private details of someone they've accused. Simple as that. If they've got that Kroll Magnum PI guy on the case, as a private investigation, that might be different.

Word on the street is that the bondholders want maximum value for Shaikan.
This is around 25p per share, so we are talking about a 30 bagger from the offer/excess price.
