And I'm sure you've got last years judgement or even recent articles where the court have made their findings re Todd - Gokana - control etc

Oh dear.

Nicebut alleges on here that there is a group of shareholders whom he calls the "team typo" or something. He claims that they are united by an alleged typo, in which GKP supposedly said that there were 12.8 billion barrels of Reserves in Shaikan. Almost like religious believers following a false god, the "God of 12.8 billion barrels".

But when he is asked to explain where this 12.8 billion Reserves figure comes from, his response is that it was "at the top of some presentation".

But it wasn't.

And now he says he has "no time" to explain where he gets it from, and that asking him the question is "playing games".

The plain fact of the matter is that GKP did not say it, and he cannot give a reference to something which doesn't exist.

If 200m shares are traded today...(a huge number), then it will reflect 1% of all shares in issue (a tiny number).

nestoframpers: there is no doubt in my mind that the true worth of Shaikan has been hidden. Initially, this wasn't the case: DGA and Ryder Scott gave Oil In Place figures which were easily checked, by any technically-inclined investor, using the Net Pay, Reservoir Area and Total Porosity figures, all of which were given.

I can't tell if all the "Todd Todd Todd" stuff on here is the product of obsessed former shareholders who use it like a mantra to keep their head clear of other thoughts (rather like Harry Kristmas, whose followers used to chant his name all round the West End at all times of the year), or whether it's a diversionary tactic. Seeking the answer in the dusts of ETAMIC is IMO a bit like going to Primark to find the Golden Fleece, or to TK Max to find the Holy Grail in the crockery department. It can occupy a great deal of time, keep going back there, but that's not where it's to be found. The Keys to the Cosmos in the local shoe repairers? I don't think so.

As an aside, I knew Hugelshofer was an ex employee but didnt realise he was still working for Todd Kozel whilst insider trading the company his boss owned and he still worked for via the Gokana trust..

That is quite the most ridiculous thing, but equally unsurprising..

A secretary knows fine well what the laws are on insider trading, and a trustee knows that a trust CANNOT be used to damage the financial services industry it operates in..
