bought my first tranche....it's even money at this price, noones making much of a profit at 1.15p or thereabouts....

Closed out my shorts this morning. I think I am probably leaving some on the table, but with the likes of Paul Curtis saying he would take 1.23p I don't think much. I can't for the life of me think why people were eager to buy at 5p but there you go. I see 1.15 now, so possibly too soon, and maybe it does make the placing price. However a profits a profit, said not any current holder.

Wasn't there a cough.. 'research analyst'/bond holder - richiee666 - from 'align research' (who?) or was it 'one line research'? - he wrote about why he thought the restructure wouldn't happen when this was 5 pence. That was it, he said the note holders had been 'brought inside!' LMAO! Jeez, some people are stealing a living. He must be 1712's cousin. Well he's one to avoid!

after being complicated for a while, it's all very simple...

GKP are now a one trick pony, which increases the risk and thus affects the valuation.

The bondholders are "in profit" at anything above 1.1p.....and thus, will sell their shares above that price to reduce their exposure.

The consenus based on all this comes to a valuation ranging from 0.65p (bear) - 1.66 (bull)

A bid/takeover is always a possibility above 1p.....but how high is anyone's guess....

Thus, for the risk type investor, it's a buy at 1.1p or in and around that price.

Comedy mais oui... I've bought big yesterday and today. Have now got more than double the holding I would have had if I'd sat out the and taken OO. Albeit for slightly more investment. Love this share.... sit back now and let it all unfold, the big money is coming

Oh ye of the selective memory...

It was you going on about the slides for so long- When GKP released it- it said Shaiken had reserves of 12.8bn on the top- Clearly it meant OIP NOT reserves.

Perhaps he can point us to where it was?

Lest anyone forgets, Team Leather said only 2 months ago:

"The restructure will NEVER happen, a takeover is coming".

This is rotten to the core, the KRG will not / cannot ever pay for the oil - simples!

There is no business model, and GKP have acted like some shady East London market trader never telling the truth about OIP / Reserves etc.
