It would IMO be highly irregular for one class of shareholders, in a restructuring, to be able to trade their new shares whilst another class of shareholders was not only unable to trade their new shares, but hadn't even been told how many new shares they had individually been awarded under the selective scaling-back process.

IIRC OO shares can't be sold until they show in PI accounts sometime within next 14 days - does any similar delay apply to the BHrs or can they start selling (slowly...) today if they want?
