Terry, incidentally after trying to supposedly "help" shareholders by encouraging then to remain invested he finds it preposterous that those advising to sell would only do so by motive.

So if one can not be a Good Samaritan on the blogs with buy or sell recs, what has his motive been since 2011? It's not even as if he had much money in it himself for it to matter.

There are 27m shares traded, surely after the last 6 years of Mikeys ' look at the buys ' accumulation, you would understand that it's pointless looking at them as individual buys or sells, certainly given the AT trades.

I think the scales might be falling off some eyes and seeing O_I for who/what he really is unfortunately. I feel sorry for GKPHero though - I hope he breaks even at least.

I guess new money buying in at 2p+ for the last month were gambling on a rescue bid. Now time has run out and they are exiting ...maybe planning to buy in on a possible flash crash after the placing?

The past market price of the Senior Notes means little or nothing. It is not what the note holders paid for them. Similarly the past market price of the Convertibles.

fairenough11: exactly. PF-1 and PF-2 are what the bond money was spent on. That capital cost comes back via the PSC Cost Recovery facility, so it simply nets off.

If I borrow $100 to buy a lawnmower, and I am due to receive back the money I spent on it, how can my net position be -$100? Only on a distorted valuation method.

The senior bonds were trading at 65c in the dollar not long ago which they're redeeming at par. They'll be up over 50% at conversion IMO, any more than 0.0082 and it's an even higher profit for them.

The "DEBT" paid for production facilities etc, which exist. So if you then say the money spent(debt) is recoverable via capex clawback/PSC/Production,then Shaikan,a World Class Resource that will produce for a 100 years,is valued at Zero.

Something don't add up and the current valuation is wrong imo.
