13/10/2016 09:36 | Pursuant to the terms of the Restructuring, the Company will issue $100 million aggregate principal amount of Reinstated Notes to Guaranteed Noteholders. So, When GKP can't pay these reinstated notes their cash back, guess what will happen. | tess_tickle
13/10/2016 09:35 | just wait and pick them up at 0.5..if you really want to be part of a Ponzi in korruptistan | ![]() mr roper
13/10/2016 09:31 | GKPhero: Lobo's calculation is about right. 20/9 x 0.8314p = 1.848p Add that to the 3p: 4.848p Divide that by 29/9 (1 + 20/9) and you get 1.50p Of course, it varies with the individual, so that's just an average. At the capped 180/9 maximum oversubscription, the sums are: 4.848p (from above) plus: 180/9 x 0.8314p = 16.628p giving 21.476 and that relates to 209/9 shares hence the average is then 0.92p So there's a spread from 3p (those not participating in the Open Offer) to 1.50p (those taking up all their 20-for-9s) to 0.92p (those taking up all their 20-for-9s and the full additional 180-for-9s) | ![]() oil_investor
13/10/2016 09:30 | lardner, What was the share price with TK aon entry to Kurd and when he left? What was the share price when JF joined and now...? | ![]() mr roper
13/10/2016 09:27 | Mr R, TK v JF: 50/50 ball, ref? And don't forget the period when the master stroke of securing the Notes was decided on. From memory neither TK nor JF were around at that point. Amazing really how so many errors have been made by so many different people ;) | lardner23
13/10/2016 09:21 | Fe11, Are you multiplying the share price by 23bn shares though? you then get a bit more that £18m... LOL And I`d just like to point out the share price is below 1.5p as predicted by you know who....LOL I thank you! | ![]() nicebut
13/10/2016 09:20 | 'zor has been quiet recently. 13/10/2016 09:16 | jb, I've just done a quick calculation. (disregard trade cost etc) If an investor was holding at an average of 3p at the time of the open offer and then took the 20 for 9 @ 0.0083p. The investor's average would now be 1.55p. Just about today's buying price. ...and that's on d-day-1 | ![]() lobo

13/10/2016 09:02 | Oh for heavens oil_investor! The idiot with strong confirmation bias, still in denial posting like a postman high on crystal meth! Even with the price below 1.5pence! it just goes to show how this train of thought has been a very strong impediment to rational thought and a best friend of wealth destruction, especially to the sycophant 1712! Oh dear! No, no, no - learn about market rhythm not the beat of the 'barrel polka' - that ain't fun! Make no mistake. Simple market economics will mean that demand will dry up when new shares come to market. Investor demand will not be strong enough to absorb the new issue. As is always the case with open offers and rights issues, the price will eventually trade near the offer price sub 1 pence. Forget a theoretical ex-issue price. Where's the fool zor('170p at least by year's end')supas? - what a clown!
