Who did in fact appoint Nadz? Sure wasn't JF's decision, imo, but he's had plenty of opportunity to tell Nadz his services are no longer required, so maybe inept or succumbs easily to pressure?

the new shares clear the debt bar $100m and GKP still have to claim back $700m+ capex +Bir cash + owings.

The Mckcap is way too low IMO.

I agree with some of the comments above. Yes, the share price on JF's watch has 'not so much flown as plummeted'. But the boys are right, in the sense that some of the decisions/actions taken during the TK era had a long tail before their impact was fully felt.

That said, I think SZ and JF have handled their inheritance badly and will be judged on this.
