As far as I'm aware those oil contributions have been as sporadic as the budget payments.

Its a negotiating ploy ...to put pressure on the Kurds. Who have to negotiate and compromise to move this forward (and yes I know the arguments) But the Kurds now have the yanks on their side and the ICG need $70 billion in USA aid money to rebuild after the wars with ISIS. So hopefully we might have reality setting in - on both sides.

Iran as always, is the key , so we need this Nuclear Deal sorted and the promise of US sanctions on Iran eased providing certain conditions are met. That is the answer to the KRG issues - get Iran to back off.

That means Erbil will have to stop paying the producers or at the very least reduce significantly what they can pay them. History repeating itself? Then after paying out all the divis the company's bank balance isn't going to be healthy.

So where are they going to get all the money to pay divis on a quarterly basis?

Or could it be the 13 year con is coming to an end?

Have Baghdad stopped sending the budget as I predicted they would?

If so that will result in the hosts having to cut back on what they pay to the producers and their "charity of choice". Just like before which lead to the first wipeout.

Also with all the divis being paid out and the monthly burn rate have you noticed what will be left at the bank? Far too low imho. So are we about to witness history repeating itself? Bye bye to the big divis or Wipeout 2 the sequel?
Or will Evian turn up just in time?
