sarahscam, that post has been put up before.

The Kurds have been saying the same thing for years and its got them nowhere. Plus, they only want to agree on "their terms". Baghdad can wield enormous pressure to get what they want. Its very obvious why the Kurds have taken the stance they have over the years and trying to use the constitution as a defence.

As for the Yanks, imho they're paying "lip service" and when push comes to shove who will they really support, Erbil or Baghdad. The Yanks have very little up North and as we've seen they've mostly departed. Baghdad are able to "influence" companies/Govts/oil traders/buyers whereas Erbil can't. How long before they stop the budget?

I was going to say that all we're doing is tracking Brent, but we aren't, we're doing better.

On 24th February Brent reached $100 a barrel and the GKP share price was at 201p.

Brent is currently at $100 a barrel and the share price is at 230p.

All of the mid price oilers have taken similar hits over the last few days and when oil turns which it will it'll take the oilers back up with it.

Steephill Cove 25th February - "GKP is a CASH COW, . and it will be even more of one with oil at over $100 per barrel. "

And that's just as true now as it was then.

"The Kurdish Prime Minister confirmed to the US Ambassador that Kurdistan would never surrender its constitutional rights.

On Tuesday, PM Masrour Barzani received the US ambassador to Iraq, Alina L. Romanowski, and discussed the relations between the Region and the United States and the outstanding issues between the Kurdish and the federal governments.

Barzani reiterated that "Kurdistan is always ready to solve the outstanding problems with Baghdad based on the constitution, but it would never compromise its constitutional rights under any pressure or circumstance."

The PM confirmed that Kurdistan's development is in the interest of all Iraqi citizens, and the federal government should support the prosperity of any Iraqi region instead of creating obstacles and problems."

In turn, the US ambassador said that Kurdistan is a "friend and strong ally of the United States," stressing the need to solve the problems with Baghdad based on the constitution."

The share price is down £1 in a few weeks despite all the bribes of divis, lol!!! But you clueless clowns convinced yourselves it was only going up!!! Frenchyfrauds Express lost a load of wheels and now its back in the sidings!!!

Just wait for an OP retrace back to its normal level and the share price will be at £1.50, its asset price:-)

Could it be that Erbil will cave in to what Baghdad want? They can't go it alone so forget Independence. Oilys have either gone bust or have exited the last great frontier. All the arguments Erbil continue to have with Baghdad will keep companies away from investing as its far too risky. So could the PSC's disappear to be replaced by the sort of terms that Baghdad have down South?

Erbil as history has proved need the Baghdad budget. Methinks they will be forced to see it Baghdad's way and that won't be favourable for the Oilys up North.

Remember, the hosts always look after themselves.
