Kurdistan Region President reiterates the significance of Iraq-US strategic dialogue

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, April 1, 2021
Kurdistan Region President received the US Embassy chief military advisor, General John Tygart and his accompanying delegation on Thursday.
At the meeting, attended by the US Consul General, Kurdistan Regional Government Minister of Peshmerga and a number of military officials from both sides, the US delegation offered congratulations on the passage of Iraq’s Budget Bill at the Parliament. The delegation emphasized on the partnership between the Peshmerga and the Coalition Forces and commended the role of the Peshmerga and the Ministry of Peshmerga.
The President referred to the passage of the Budget Bill as an important step for Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and reiterated Iraq and the Kurdistan Region’s willingness to strengthen political, economic and military relations with the US.
The President expressed gratitude for the US aid to the Peshmerga in the war against ISIS and the US support of the reforms within the Peshmarga Ministry. The President expressed willingness to resolve the pending issues between Baghdad and Erbil and underlined that implementing the federal system in Iraq is the solution to Iraq’s problems, which serves the interest of all sides.
President Nechirvan Barzani expressed appreciation for the support of the Coalition Forces in the war against ISIS and reiterated the importance of the continuing mission of the US and the Coalition to eliminate terrorism. The President underlined that the coordination among Erbil, Baghdad and the Coalition partners is important to prevent the security vacuum.
The President also welcomed the resumption of Iraq-US strategic Dialogue with the participation of the Kurdistan Region. The President said the strategic dialogue can strengthen mutual relations and offer Iraq and the Kurdistan Region ample opportunities for cooperation and collective efforts in many areas.
Discussions also included the Iraqi elections, the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic in the Kurdistan Region and the world, and other topics of mutual interest.

Oil and gas law.
Passing the budget after 8-9 years.

To me that sounds like it’s virtually passed bar signing on the dotted line.
Why let Krg give to gov 250k barrels of oil if you’re not happy where it comes from.
All the Krg need to do now is ramp up as everything over 250 k is there’s.
They’ve always held the PRIZE why not let her start to pay back now.
There’s been so much covering up of what we’ve got.
I hope every long time holder and new at least gets there money back ( and much more ).
GOOD LUCK ALL

Why is the "ex Industy" moron posting about Daniel Yergin?

"Tempus would have noticed them and warned us IF they actually existed - which they dont of course".

Unlikely and they do as sure as night follows day.

If anyone believed in the BS Kozel numbers, or even a small percentage of them why haven't they taken the company at any time since 2010?

Fantasy barrels don't attract offers.

TEMPUSCalm restored bodes well for Gulf Keystone investorsWilliam KayThursday April 01 2021, 12.01am, The Times. Jon Harris, Gulf Keystone's chief executive, has dropped a BROAD HINT that there may be more to come. Depending on the oil price and the continuation of Kurdish government payments, a share buyback or special dividends . New wells and the removal of bottlenecks have led to guidance for 2021 of average gross production of 40,000 to 44,000 bpd, with a 55,000 target. With an eye on its ESG responsibilities, the company has employed more Kurds, reduced routine flaring and drilled a water well for farmers.Shares in Gulf Keystone have bounced back from the low of less than 61p touched last April, but at 178½p yesterday (down ½p, or 0.3 per cent) they are still far short of the 675p of five years ago.....ADVICE BUYWHY The high risks could be more than matched by the potential rewards. "Doggie you obviously need to call TEMPUS at the Times and explain all these "serious problems" to him".

Why?

"Tell him all about your industry experience while you are at it. That shouldnt take you any longer than it takes to say NONE".

When the evidence is as clear as it is no Industry knowledge is required. You say you're "ex industry" but you haven't managed to get anything correct in eleven years.

As I've said many times all that's required is to talk to several different people who have the expertise, knowledge and know what's going on to reach a conclusion. You have always dismissed the fact that I have been able to do this.

I note the trough still functions very well for those that are able to take advantage of it.

You fell flat on your face at the beginning of your first sentence Tony.

So the rest of it didn't make any sense either.
