Zoo and Alan, caught yet again. The vitriolic fool lambasted by sage and the liar who can't stop ticking.

Sage doesn't need an interpreter, zoo. Your need is
transparent. I don't think you can keep him "on side"
by re-imagining his recent discussions. And maybe
tell alan to stop ticking him down.

Alan, the four of them are so toxic its unbelievable, it's passed being funny they're sick sad people. If "THE" isn't Rose then it's very sad that a 79 year old man who should be enjoying his life and family carries on as he does on a faceless BB. Sage I imagine realised long ago what the reality is there with the four of them and has tried not to fully engage with them. .Zoo

"mining licence will be renewed when renewal is required and not before".Is this a quote from the company?."Mining right...........To continue the mining operation after expiry of the licence term, the licence holder should apply to the registration agency for an extension, no later than 30 days prior to expiry of the term of the licence."https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=15dc85b9-c112-484c-b8fd-6e26002214aa."As you know, the licence only runs for a further 13 years".Not correct. The only thing with 13yrs left to run is the JV term... and this remaining term will become irrelevant following incorporation of the JV this year..Are you confusing JV terms and mining licence terms?.."the bureaucratic process in China proceeds at a glacial pace"For new or variation of a mining licence yes, but not for renewal of existing.

Alan, you are a total liar. ADVFN have NOT told you that there are multiple aliases you are well aware of that. You have been called out for telling lies about a company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

ADVFN said no such thing. All he has to do is post their email,
but he won't, because that isn't what they said.

Sageman you have to love Alan. As long as you understand his foolhardy ways. He has been ticking down my news links to the Chinese metal markets and zinc forecasts for a long time now. I'd get over it as he's just an old fool.

If you believe they are ineffective at supporting the SP,
as I do, then they are at least a waste of funds that
would be more effective distributed as dividends. That's
quite aside from any suspicion that the board are using
them in their own interests rather than ours.

Ringo.

They may be viewed as negative by the ordinary shareholder if the mandate includes the proviso that the 10 million shares can be purchased from directors and their buddies.

History then shows that they declined to buy stock at 100p, preferring to spend 150p.

Or am I being cynical?

I should add in the board's defence that the few shares purchased thus far do not appear to have been bought from directors. But watch this space.

Surely the debate re buybacks should also include Panmure mandate
Why buy at 150p when many more could have no been bought at £1

Were there no sellers then?
Shouldn’t they have been in the market buying more and pushing up the price?
