It's true - I made two lots of substantial "killings" shorting this pig - both blown however on rather expensive trips to BB (it's not cheap you know :-) ).

With Molotov bailing and the LME just being nothing but a rigged game AND Glencore just waiting to make a lazy decision to start production again, if this little piggy breaks 30p (there's no reason for it to even exist frankly) then I'm going to short it like there's no tomorrow because I need another vacation.

Anyway, I'm sure that RG has it all under control....

I heard there was a planned "investor day" in Bora Bora - maybe you could write up the minutes for us?

Surprised your "fund needs replenishing" - by all accounts you made a mint from your shorting.

*Yawn* - Hello rampers and fools!

So, in summary, it seems Molotov sold his options for virtually nothing, Glencore could reactivate production at any time and finally somebody piped up about the huge reserves of Zn stashed away from LME sight (in New Orleans), the AGM is somewhere in paradise, no "investor day" in London, no licence and no details of remuneration.

If this thing inexplicably breaches 30p I'm going to short it again - the Bora Bora fund needs replenishing.

Logic may not come into the actual conditions
on the options. If they can be traded, I would
think he could take them with him when he went
as well. Or maybe they can only be traded to
another director.

if he was to leave but continue as a consultant
surely the options would cease to apply as they were awarded to incentivise directors
either way griffin would be better off without a director who gets paid a salary
and also charges large fees as a consultant
where is that licence

Very odd the purchaser not revealed! My guess is his wife now owns them given the transfer price. I assume he is married?

If Ninkov is leaving, we should get the bonus
of lower management costs, assuming we will no
longer be paying Keynes, but will we? If there
is a shakeup, that will be the time to sort the
overpayment of director(s).

The vendor of the options must leave... no question.... so retiring I suspect.

Thanks for the article on zinc galoot and I am sure you are not a galoot.

It is a weird scheme that permits options to be traded like this

But it is a bit of a weird Company...

Unvested just means that it won't become
exercisible until a known date in the future.
Lapsed means that it can no longer be exercised.

Looks like Mr. Ninkov sold his own options,
and at a knock-down price. I don't think he
has to tell us who he sold to. They won't be
much good to anyone unless the share price
rises above 30 pence. He got £60,000.

Someone is betting on Griffin.
