After several weeks of consolidation in the 53-55p area, GFM may have awakened from its hibernation, with green SAR's appearing on most time-frames on the chart, to indicate a re-rating of the shares. Up 0.75p this morning on increased volume, this small step in the share price could herald a giant leap for faithful followers !!

the more important metal as regards griffin is zinc
it has gone from 70c to mid 120 thats a 60% increase in a year
with increased production and expansion costs at an end it looks positive

Trump has said he is going to abolish the Federal
Reserve Bank and put the USA back on the gold
standard. If he does (and who knows?), I would
expect the price of gold to be affected, but how?
Would China try to turn in their dollar debt for
bullion? Would the dollar rise in value, making gold
cheaper in dollar terms? Would other currencies be
forced to follow suit? Would the pound be sterling
again?

Historically, the directors have exercised the
options and sold the shares right away.

Its all Monopoly money unless they sell them - haven't seen any sign of that.

the directors have 5mil options at 40p and 20mil at 30p
i think a profit of 4.8 million at current price is very nice
add that to the salary lottery win comes to mind

Much of the recent rise in zinc (which is at a 9 year high) is sentiment based - so I will not be surprised to see a dip soon.

I heard they are going to have a name change to Phoenix mining, in light of the stellar year that the share price is having :)

great to see zinc and lead price booming
this makes the decision to move co office to jermyn street
close to all those expensive restaurants etc affordable
admin costs of over 5 million understandable i dont think
down from 8.3 mil is keynes still being paid consultant fees
how many staff are based here
griffiths and overbrook as largest holders should consider
action to put a real independent director on board
