09/6/2016 08:04 | Looks like the market is starting to price in the scarcity of zinc. ... and the minute I say something it plummets. | rose_by_another_name
07/6/2016 09:22 | The Bognor Squealer... Has a certain ring to it! | up just a little bit
07/6/2016 09:15 | ...I think it maybe you circling the drain. | rmjones
07/6/2016 04:42 | Not Bognor yet chaps. This squealer's circling the drain. | vkilmer58
06/6/2016 16:01 | VK - must have pulled the trigger twice - the second time at his head. | rmjones
06/6/2016 12:38 | Beginning to look more like Bognor Regis than Bora Bora. | up just a little bit
06/6/2016 09:11 | what a tit. More likely that they are about to get the long awaited license given the way the share price has moved. Zinc edging higher, also with the pound falling and revenues being in $ the company will become more profitable when converted back. maybe it should be 33p by Wednesday. 37p by Friday. 41p by the following Wednesday...... | ukgeorge
04/6/2016 05:29 | 26p by Wednesday. 22p by Friday. 18p by the following Wednesday. I suspect the stock will be suspended at some point soon. Events in China are unfolding. | vkilmer58
03/6/2016 18:49 | He's only gone and picked the highest price of the day. His trigger finger for 30p was so so slow the price just kept on rising. You couldn't make it up. | up just a little bit
03/6/2016 17:49 | Not enough info VK - be more specific. Where is the share price going to and when will it get there? We don't want you claiming to have "made a fortune from this pig" if it drops 1p tomorrow. | rmjones
03/6/2016 17:46 | zincs up 5% this week, up 7 days in a row and highest since July..... and you want to short a zinc miner, good luck hahaha | ukgeorge
03/6/2016 16:34 | 50p! In your dreams - this pig shouldn't even be trading. Look we all know there's tonnes of Zn stashed away from the LME and that the China stimulus is coming to an end. Add the uncertainty of what is actually going on in China (executions of local officials for starters), the collapse of the shadow banking "system" that's currently unraveling behind closed doors, Molotov bailing out options for a pittance, no licence, Keynes seeming to treat this little squealer as a cash point and no real basis for any demand for Zn then this is a squealer circling the drain. Anyway - anybody got a date for the investor day? No? Really? There's a surprise.... | vkilmer58
03/6/2016 16:22 | roll on 50p Zinc to overtake copper in the next couple of years. you're going to loose your shirt shorting this | ukgeorge
03/6/2016 16:15 | Opened the short at 30.75. Going to open more in the very unlikely event it heads higher. I think this thing is going to crash and burn - too much going against it. Watch for some of the Zn hiding away in New Orleans make it's way onto the rigged LME. | vkilmer58
03/6/2016 14:36 | ...no need to point it towards your head yet. | rmjones
03/6/2016 13:17 | Pull the trigger VK and state your parameters clearly | rmjones
03/6/2016 11:44 | So Val is short according to his boasts. As we pass the 30 mark | up just a little bit
02/6/2016 22:21 | Just a snippet from that FT "The Chinese market is certainly tightening now,” Graham Deller, an analyst at CRU, said. “Especially for the Chinese smelters who are relying on imported concentrate.” .................... With prices hovering around $2000/mt there should be an incentive to up production soon. Still, there's no guarantee that the falling warehouse stocks (387kt) is all due to sales. Could be some metal moving into storage. Must be Griffin's turn in the sun? | ewads
02/6/2016 19:22 | good article in FT this afternoon (premium sub required) price through $2000 pt and a shortage in China | phillis
02/6/2016 19:10 | Have some balls, then, and take the safety off. | alan@bj
02/6/2016 17:07 | Still on the trigger. | vkilmer58
02/6/2016 15:43 | Vk's trigger finger must be getting itchy now. | rmjones
02/6/2016 07:51 | Zinc. £2000 | dgellissnr
02/6/2016 03:06 | Why would you be interested in my shorts elsewhere rmjones? I opened five shorts - all metals - and won four. Good result but nowhere near enough for my Bora Bora vacation - that pleasure rests with this thing (that shouldn't even be trading - but you all know that). Hey...investor day dude? When is it? I want to go! | vkilmer58 |
