Looks like the market is starting to price in
the scarcity of zinc.

what a tit.

More likely that they are about to get the long awaited license given the way the share price has moved.

Zinc edging higher, also with the pound falling and revenues being in $ the company will become more profitable when converted back.

maybe it should be 33p by Wednesday. 37p by Friday. 41p by the following Wednesday......

26p by Wednesday. 22p by Friday. 18p by the following Wednesday.

I suspect the stock will be suspended at some point soon. Events in China are unfolding.

He's only gone and picked the highest price of the day.
His trigger finger for 30p was so so slow the price just kept on rising.

You couldn't make it up.

Not enough info VK - be more specific. Where is the share price going to and when will it get there? We don't want you claiming to have "made a fortune from this pig" if it drops 1p tomorrow.

50p! In your dreams - this pig shouldn't even be trading.

Look we all know there's tonnes of Zn stashed away from the LME and that the China stimulus is coming to an end.

Add the uncertainty of what is actually going on in China (executions of local officials for starters), the collapse of the shadow banking "system" that's currently unraveling behind closed doors, Molotov bailing out options for a pittance, no licence, Keynes seeming to treat this little squealer as a cash point and no real basis for any demand for Zn then this is a squealer circling the drain.

Anyway - anybody got a date for the investor day? No? Really? There's a surprise....

Opened the short at 30.75. Going to open more in the very unlikely event it heads higher.

I think this thing is going to crash and burn - too much going against it.

Watch for some of the Zn hiding away in New Orleans make it's way onto the rigged LME.

Just a snippet from that FT

"The Chinese market is certainly tightening now,” Graham Deller, an analyst at CRU, said. “Especially for the Chinese smelters who are relying on imported concentrate.”
........................................

With prices hovering around $2000/mt there should be an incentive to up production soon.

Still, there's no guarantee that the falling warehouse stocks (387kt) is all due to sales. Could be some metal moving into storage. Must be Griffin's turn in the sun?

Why would you be interested in my shorts elsewhere rmjones? I opened five shorts - all metals - and won four. Good result but nowhere near enough for my Bora Bora vacation - that pleasure rests with this thing (that shouldn't even be trading - but you all know that).

Hey...investor day dude? When is it? I want to go!
